Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I had fun volunteering before and feel as I was a good mod. I've been playing a lot more and surprised some players recognize me from before.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

With my prior experience on this server I will be a good mod and still remember all the rules and even have my old keybinds. That and being able to be friendly and fair in a sit.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM- Random Death Match

RDA - Random Arrest

For both actions players should be brought to sits and look through logs. In most cases they will only end up with a warning. For people mass RDMing/RDAing they will receive a 2 week ban

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR - New Life Rule

NLR is a rule in which every time you die you must forget everything from your "past" life. The most common example would be Joe is raiding Bill and Bill is killed. Bill comes back during the raid and kills Joe for raiding him. This violates NLR and Bill must wait until the raid is over to enter his base again. Bill would receive a simple warning. Another example is going back to where you died before the 120s timer is up.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is using information a character could have never collected in a role playing setting. An example would be someone putting someones keypad codes in /ooc. If someone used those codes in a base raid it would be considered metagaming because the metagamer is using information from the /ooc chat. Another example if someone giving away someones base location through steam/discord. Most cases of metagaming will be because of information from the /ooc chat

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

When I was mod before I would always record to protect myself. I would continue with that practice and if I see abuse of power I would save the footage and send it to a an admin/phantom

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Jail the mass RDMer then finish the sit. After the sit go chat with the mass RDMer and check logs to make sure im not missing anything. If confirmed mass RDMer ban them for 2 weeks

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Notify them that while the server is basically empty it doesnt mean they can break the rules. I would give them a chance to clean up then let them go. If they continue give them warnings,
