Spawn protection improvements

A lot of users commit failrp by entering spawn again so that they can evade death. This can be fixed if by adding a feature where when a user leaves the spawn protection area, they cannot gain back that protection until they die and respawn, even if they go back to the location.

Another improvement that can be made is a restriction where cops cannot arrest people in the spawn protection and people in the spawn protection cannot be bound to cuffs. This restriction does not apply however if the person being cuffed or arrested has already left spawn.

The problem with that is if you say need to go afk and you're a citizen or some class that normally doesn't have a base so they run to spawn what happens if they get rdm'd in there? also what if a person accidentally steps out of spawn not meaning to? it would be very frustrating if every time you accidentally left spawn you couldn't regain protection

That's a very reasonable argument. The best solution to that problem I can come up with is that the user inventory's their valuables and then goes AFK in a location that is safe, like a dark corner or in a friend's base, or they can type kill in console. Other than that, this is a valid issue.

This stuff doesn't really happen enough to warrant a change in spawn protection. Regardless, people who arrest in spawn or run into it to avoid being killed are easily exposed as NITRPers, which is good because it can get them banned easier since they clearly don't care for the server or its rules.

Really i dont feel like we need this to be a thing. It is annoying sometimes when someone will just shoot you or something then just run into spawn so they dont hide. There was a server a was on a while ago where if you go back into spawn you can still take damage for 5 seconds before you are actually invincible.
