Yes, i use to own my own servers and back in the day I use to be staff on multiple servers.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I would like to help the community and bring more people to the server. I have brought multiple friends already to the server. It’s would be great to work with everyone and get the full family feel.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I think If i was to get accepted I could be hard on people when I have too and make sure the rules stay as rules and no one gets a slide through. It is a job that requires you to be mentally prepared for any situation.

 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

 

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. If players RDM, it depends on the case if they are new and don’t know any rules yet, I would give them a warn. If they are players who have been playing for more than 10+ hours then we are looking at a 1 week ban. RDA, is the same, we are here to inforce not to abuse the jobs and job titles.

 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is  New Life Rule, it's meant to keep you away from the area of your death for a set amount of time. If someone is raiding you or you guys are in a fight and someone kills you. You have to wait a certain amount of time until you go back to the area of death.

 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is when one transfers RP data to Non Role-play data, usually via "OOC" It is usually against server rules and is a bannable offence.

 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:

 

d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? First you start to record and screenshot and try to deescalate the situation.

 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? If you are in a sit and you are handling a situation of your own and see in chat someone is mass RDMing then You can Jail them and wait for your sit to be over and figure out what is going on. Then eventually you're going to have to ban him when the conversation is over. 

 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. If they are hobo’s then there job title can build in streets. Other than that you cannot build in the streets and I would have to ask them to move out of the streets into a area inside.
