Wesser407
a1) What is your in-game (RP) name? - Wesser407 a2) Provide a link to your Steam profile. - https://steamcommunity.com/id/Wesser407/ a3) What is your Discord Tag? (ie: SomeUser#1234) - Wesser#0002 a4) What timezone are you located in? - EST a5) How many in-game warns do you have? - 0 a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? - Never a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? - Here, as a Trial Moderator/Moderator, Sever Admin for a Starwars RP. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? - I notice that so much rulebreaking goes unpunished - and it isn't the fault of the staff. There simply is not enough staff on often enough. I want to catch these rulebreakers, and make the server more fun for everyone. I honestly want to come back, as I enjoyed being a staff member here. I feel like my expertiese could be of extreme usefulness to this server. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? For one, my experience as staff on here would help make me a great moderator. I feel like that my ability to be on-line often and to preform levelheaded judgement will help me to become an extrodinary moderator. I am also able to memorize rules and guidlines well, and I know how to talk to people. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is Radom Deathmatch, and RDA is Random Arrest. I'd punish RDM with a verbal warning (If not intentional/a mistake), then use the warn command to warn them. I'd do the same for RDA. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is New Life Rule. When you die, you are a completely new person. For example, you can not use prior knowledge before a death, or immediatly return to an area where you died. If I went back to my base after being killed in a raid (Before it is over), I would be violating NLR. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is using information that your character could not possibly gather in RP. For example, if I was to see someone say "I have printers" in OOC chat and issued a warrant for them because they said it, that would be metagaming, as the admission was made out of RP. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would take screenshots and videos, then contact a higher authority than that person. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I'd jail the RDMer, finish my sit, then deal with the RDMer. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Even though it affects few people, they are still violating the rules, and I would ask them to not build in the street. Link to comment
Be1ial
-1 I didn't have the best experience with you. You continued to argue with me about fight clubs are allowed which shows me you don't know the rules to well. Link to comment
Sammerson
Neutral Mod app looks pretty okay, but I've had some in-game experiences with you that I feel are best described as rough, and seeing the arguments you would get in with other staff about fight clubs really do not make me think you are fit for the team.
