a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? I have been banned for 1 hour and 6 hours because I reached the warning threshold i believe.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yes, On a minecraft server I was staff on the infamous SkyBlock server IP: Skyblock.net

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

Because I love gmod and spend most of my days playing it, I love XenoRP and think its a wonderful server, But at times I believe there should be mods on when their arent such as the morning of 1/4/20 when everyone was breaking rules and yelling "No mods=No rules". That is apsolutly not the case and I wish a mod was on when they were doing that and back to my origonal point I would like to be that mod thats on when others arent.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

That im on from basicly morning to 12AM i spend most my days playing XenoRP just because its fun, so just having me accesiable when no one else is would be a prise feture in of itself. Another attribute that would make me a good moderator is that im very friendly and very little makes me mad since I have very high self esteem and words cant hurt me.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

Random death match and RanDom Arrest are not to be taken lightly they are one of the top rules and basicly what they are is in short words RDM is when you (A.) Kill someone randomly, (B.) Revenge RDM witch is when if someone kills you and you respawn and kill them not only are you breaking NLR but your Breaking RDM. RDA is when a cop randomly arrests you for no reason such as if they arrested you and claimed they did a wepon check but had no wepon, or if wepons were legal and you had one out and they arrest you. These are just the BARE minimum of RDM and RDa examples there are SO SO SO much more than this.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR or New Life Rule, is when you die and come back to where you die. afew instinces of this are Raid NLR where if someone is raiding and they kill you in the raid you have to wait THE FULL 10-15 min of the raid to come back or until they /advert over, another instance of NLR is if someone stole your car after advertsing Carjack and they kill you, you are not allowed to go back to your car until it despawns from the automatic timer that the server has .

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

MetaGame is basicly information you tale from out of RP that you use in RP to your or someone elses advantage, Such as if someone told you their code in their base and you tell people in /ooc or(Out of charecter) this is metagame. another example would be if someone was mugging YOU and you went on the discord and said to someone "HEY IM BEING MUGGED COME ARREST THEM" this is a example of MetaGame.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would (1.)Ask them to stop and repent for what they have done(2.)Report them on the forums with evidence(3.) see if a person above them is online and see if I can get them to come online(4.)Cry like a baby and hide under my bed and suck my thumb<---(Joke)

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would (1.)PM another mod to ask if they could deal with it(2.)Ask the person who I am in the sit with to hold on while I jail the MassRDM'er until im done(3.) Ban him for 2 weeks on the spot for MassRDMing(4.)Do nothing and twiddle my thumbs<---(Joke)

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would(1.) ask them to remove it(2.) Remove it myself(3.)Warn them for prop blocking the road

Conclusion: I think you should wait and get things sorted out because you have been mingey and I do not think at the time you are not fit for staff!.

Cons: I have had nothing but negative experiences with him, he was been warned several times since his application was put up, and he has just been overall mingy

 

Conclusion: -1 I don't think that he would make a good staff member,  he has broken several rules, and has been toxic in the past week
