a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I've had prior staffing experience on my friend's server a few years ago on my other Steam account.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I would just like to be part of the community and be helpful to its' members.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I'm good at listening and I can be helpful around the server. When applying punishments, I listen to both sides of the story so nobody is falsely punished. I'm a very friendly guy too.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is Random Deathmatch. RDM is when you kill a player without reasoning. Such as if you do not warn a person 3 times before shooting them, it could be considered RDM. I would let the person off with a warning. RDA is Random Arresting. If you were to arrest someone without reasoning, it would be considered RDA. Before arresting someone, you have to have a valid reason for it. I would let the player off with a warning.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is New Life Rule. If you were to be killed at your base during a raid, you cannot return until the raid is adverted as over. If you were to be killed in a specific area, say in the industrial area, you are not able to return until after 120 seconds.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is to use information beyond realistic knowledge. Ex: Killing a hitman because he has hit accepted above his name.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? The first thing I would do is to try and get evidence/proof and then send it in to the owner or another higher up.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Tell the people in the current sit to wait a second, and then tp jail the RDMer and let a higher up deal with him before continuing the sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Ask them kindly with a verbal warning to stop building in the streets, and if caught again warn them and delete the props.
