They're a donator if that helps narrow it down. Describe how the player broke the rules: Rdm'd me and used crossfire as an excuse, cant tell if I was the only victim in this case but I did see them killing other players and making a crossfire advert. Evidence of the player breaking the rules: as you can see in the video, I am standing completely still in a crowd of people, no gunshots or anything happening, Baqqo then turns to me and fires at me. I though he was trying to get my attention, so I followed him. I was killed a few seconds afterwards for no discernible reason, he called it as crossfire. Like I stated before, i'm only assuming that I was the only victim to the "crossfire", but I did find another instance of him killing someone and calling crossfire (seen in the image below). After the incident in the video, I called a moderator and talked for a bit, but Baqqo wasn't punished due to a lack of evidence/couldn't get enough evidence from logs.

Just going off the link on his discord profile. Describe how the player broke the rules: Advertising a mugging, not giving enough time to respond and killing the victim. They had done this multiple times while I was in the server, even to me, but the recording I got was on another player. In my experience, I was walking around outside the PD, I received a hit, I was typing out "/advert hit accepted" but was killed nearly immediately after a mugging advert came up. No time to react, essentially RDM. The rules state that I should have been given 10 seconds atleast. Evidence of the player breaking the rules: Unfortunately, I wasnt recording when I was killed by NotChristian, but I started recording after it happened and caught him doing it again. The first clip is from my perspective and the second is from one of my friend's. The player in the video was given 3-4 seconds to react, a time frame which some people cant even react/drop money in.The player in question is a donator and I really hope that doesnt just give them immunity to punishment. I hope this gets resolved.nt
