a3) What is your Discord Tag? (ie: SomeUser#1234)

a4) What timezone are you located in?
EST
a5) How many in-game warns do you have?
1, for ARDM
a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?
I have been banned before, because I was fairly new to the server, so a broke a few rules and got banned. I have read the rules thoroughly now and understand them.
a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?
I have prior staffing experience in a few roblox servers, and most people liked me as a moderator.
Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?
I want to volunteer for XenoRP, because I've played the server for a long time, and really like playing on it, most of the community is nice, and I would love in helping keeping it that way.
b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?
I think I would make a great moderator because I don't have any biases, and I would make sure the rules would be followed, by enforcing them and using correct punishment for whatever situation they have created.
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:
c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.
RDM/RDA stands for Random death match, and Random arrest. People who commit to this, and are found guilty, should be punished by either a warn, if they know the rules, a 4 day ban if it was mass RDM/RDA, and a verbal warning and jailed for 2-5 minutes and told to read the rules.
c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.
NLR stands for "New Life Rule" and it is violated when someone kills you, and when you come back to that site, with full knowing that you have revenge and either killing them, or committing to some form of knowing what happened before they died.
c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.
Metagaming is when you use things that aren't supposed to be used at your advantage, for example, someone adverts "PD raid" in chat, and you use that to your advantage to know that they are raiding. Another example of metagaming is hearing meth cooking through a wall, and using that to put a warrant on that person.
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?
I would instantly try and ping one of the owners to tell them what is going on, and if I can't ping one of them then I will record video evidence of what happened and send them the evidence.
d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?
If I saw someone Mass RDMing while I was in a sit I would either let another mod know or jail them, finish my sit, then deal with them.
d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.
As long as it isn't preventing anyone else from accessing anything, I would let them know that when more people join I would ask them to stop building in the streets. If they continued this behavior when more people got online, I would warn them for prop minging, and verbally warn them to not do this next time.
