i have had staffing experience in old servers that have now been taken down

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?
Sometimes I come on the server to have a great time but there's no staff on so everyone's breaking all the rules
b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?
The fact that i have patience and that I understand and have read the rules and i also am determined to make this server a better environment for newcomers and veterans to the server.
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:
c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.
RDM is Random Deathmatch. The players that perform these actions should be warned or banned depending on the amount of times it happens. Ex Mass RDM
c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.
NLR is New Life Rule and this would be violated if someone kills you, raids you, completes a hit on you and you come back to get revenge or even come back to the area you were killed in.
c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.
Metagame is breaking character and using knowledge that the character you are roleplaying has no possible way of knowing
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?
I would try to talk to them and if that doesnt work i would try to get in contact with the higher ups and explain and get proof of the abuse to get them removed from staff
d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?
I would jail the person Mass RDMing finish the sit and have a sit or ban/warn the player Mass RDMing
d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.
If they are hobos then it is fine as long as they dont propblock but if theyre other jobs i would have to warn them.
