Yes twice, the first was mass rdm 3 years ago I have changed a lot since then. The second was 2 weeks ago for "attempting to crash the server" I am currently unbanned, i got unbanned because I did not do the thing I was accused of. a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yes I was admin on a server called RainRP until it was shut down the server averaged 50 players. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want to volunteer because I am on a lot and There are a lot of times where there are no staff on I enjoy moderating and helping people so I would fill these gaps I only play xeno when i'm on gmod so I can help out whenever I'm on. I enjoy playing on xeno because of the people that play on it both the mods and the players are fun to be around and hang out with so I feel as a mod I could help ensure that those players that are on xeno to have a good time get the experience they are looking for. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I have a lot of experience in ulx and blogs so I'm already familiar with the tools so i would require minimal training. I also am well known in the community. When I first joined the server i admit I was pretty mingy but I've toned it down a lot and I believe that I have strong understanding of whats allowed on the server. I know the server rules and can enforce them properly. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is Random Death match It is when you kill someone for no rp reason first offence is a warn second is another warn and the third is considered mass rdm and is a 2 week ban. RDA is Random Arrest It is when you arrest someone for no rp reason first offence is a warn second is another warn and the third is considered mass rda and is a 2 week ban. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is new life rule It means you cannot return to the place you were killed for 2 minutes for example if a person dies while defending their base from a raid they cannot return to defend their base as they have already died. Their rp character is dead c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is when you use infrmation that you did not obtain through rp for examply knowing someone is in a base by useing push to talk and seeing that someone can hear you. another example is someone on discord telling you that there are printers in someones base and then you go police and raid their base this is metagame because you should not know there are printers inside. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would record them doing it and ask them to stop and then send the recording to their team admin. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Tp and jail the mass rdm'r ban them and then continue the sit d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would recommend a large building in industrial warehouse to build in or go hobo and build on side of street. If they continue to build in street I would have to warn them.

I love how you only recorded when you wernt attempting to mass rdm us. Also this wasnt a server crash attempt just a minge attemp so if my ban could be 2 weeks instead of perma please that would be great. Is was only like 15 props i have bases with way more than that there is no way this could have crashed the server.

EST a5) How many in-game warns do you have? 2 prop climb(wasnt prop clibing into a base or anything i was climbing on a roof) mass suicide(I was doing it with someone as a joke and got warned) a6) Have you ever been banned? RainRP server is closed Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want to volunteer for Xeno because there are a lot of times when there are no admins aon and the server is total chaos. I am on for a lot of these times and I can help keep the peace. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? Well like i said in the previous response I would do well at keeping the peace late at night when there is no one else. But on top of that I was an admin on RainRP a while back before it was shut down this server also used ulx so i am familiar with the tool. The punishment the first time is a warn, second offence is a warn + jail time, and third offence is considered mass rdm with is a ban. RDA - Random Arrest aka a player with a police roldme arresting someone without an rp reason. punishment is the same as r c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR - New Life Rule aka If a player is killed their previous life has ended and he is to start a new life with no memories of the old. For example no returning to your base that is being raided after you have just died there. Punishment is a warning and could lead to being kicked or banned if you continue to break the rule. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Knowing something that your character should not be able to know such a thief raiding someones base and then switching to a cop and raiding them as police because he knows there are printers in the base. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Record them and send the evidence to their higher ups. other than that tell them they are abusing because maybe they dont know what they are doing is bad. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? freeze the person in question finish my sit as quickly as possible and deal with them after my sit is over (if I am the only staff online). If i'm not the only staff on then i freeze them and tell the other staff to take a sit with that person while i continue my own. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Ask them to switch to hobo. Other than that i see no reason to punish them as with so few players it would be difficult to rp anyway and they are not interfering with someones role play experience.
