a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I was a moderator on XenoRP, but I resigned because I broke my laptop. Now, I have a PC, so here I am.
Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I liked being a moderator and helping out the server, and I'd like to do it again.
b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I'm honest and can keep my temper in sits. I also make good decisions under pressure.
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:
c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM, or Random deathmatch, is when a player kills another player w/o an RP reason. this could be violated by killing somebody because they called you a goober. this should be punished with a warn, but banned for 2 weeks if it is Mass RDM. RDA, or Random Arrest, is arresting another player w/o an RP reason. One way this could be violated is by arresting somebody for having a gun while there is no mayor. This should be punished with a warn, but banned for 2 weeks if it is mass RDA.
c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR, or New Life Rule, is when a player remembers their past like or returns to the point that they recently died within 2 minutes. This could be violated by returning to a raid, offensive or defensive, after dying. This should be punished with a warn.
c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is using an outside source to help you in game. One way this could be violated is by calling a warrant on a base because you can hear money printers inside.
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would tell them to stop, and record the incident and send it to an admin or owner.
d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would jail the Mass RDMer and ban them for 2 weeks. I would then return to my prior sit.
d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would ask them to stop, and if they didn't, I would remove their props and threaten to warn them. If the continued, I would warn them.
