I got banned for ARDM when I was just fucking around punching people. a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Nope. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I've been playing for a while now and I just want to take it to the next step. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? After getting warned and banned I think that I have a pretty good understanding of the rules. So I feel like I can just help fix whatever is bothering someone on the server whether that is that they got RDM'd or the long list of other things. c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM means "Random Death Match", this means killing someone outside of RP. RDA means "Random Arrest", this means arresting someone with no evidence that they did something wrong. It all really depends on how long the person has been playing on the server. If it was a fairly new person I would let them off with a verbal warning and tell them to read the rules if they need more of an explanation. If it was a long time player I would first give them a warning and if they repeat it again it would lead to a 1 week or 2 week ban. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR means "New Life Rule", this means that if you were to die in a certain area you can not RP or do anything there until the 2 minutes is up. The other instance of this is dying in a raid, if you were to die in a raid that does not mean that after 2 minutes you can come back. You have to wait until the raid is over before you are allowed to return to the area. You also have to "forget" about everything you did in your previous life. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. "Metagame" means knowing something that you wouldn't know in RP. For example if your friend killbinds into a base to see where the person defending is you could use that to your advantage so the person couldn't suprise you about where they are around you. d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? The first thing I would do is get as much evidence as I possibly can so nothing goes wrong. I would then report it to the forums with all of the evidence that is needed to get the person banned/demoted. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would personally just jail the person RDMing and ask one of the other staff members online to deal with that. If there are none available I would just deal with the sit I am currently in and when I'm finished I would then dealt with the other person. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. It doesn't matter if there's 2 players or 40 players online. Rules are rules and building in the streets is going against one. I would remove their props and let them off with a verbal warning. If they continue it would escalate to a kick and a ban if they are stupid enough. I will admit I have been really fucking annoying in the past. Especially to Kil and I regret that now because it lowers my chances of becoming mod, but hopefully you see past that and can see that I am able to be a good mod on the server.

No. a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? No, but I've been playing DarkRP for so long now that I know what I should and shouldn't do as a mod. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I just want to help the community and try and give people the best experience possible. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I would be a good mod because I'm not that serious of a guy. By that I mean when someone's been mass rdming or saying slurs I will take it seriously and give them the punishment needed. For example, if someone is raiding you and your friend's base then your friend dies and he stays dead so he could see what the person raiding is doing and warn you before they do it. I personally would jail the person mass rdming. I would finish the sit I'm dealing with now and when I'm finished I would move on to the mass RDMer and give them the needed punishment. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would tell them that they can't build on the street because it's against the rules and ask them to remove the props. If they don't listen I would just remove the props myself and give them a warning if need be.
