Is there a way to request a promotion for a staff member? As there is a staff member in particular with the name of 'EpicGamerThatIsCool' that I believe deserves a promotion. I have been in many scenarios with him, and he is extremely professional in all cases. Handling all my questions professionally, politely, and correctly. He understands his position as a staff member, and knows what he is doing. If he doesn't, he apologizes, and tries to find an answer. I have yet to see him fail in his staff duties. I just believe his work efforts, maturity, how he is professional in all cases, and his ticket times are extremely amazing. I wish to see him progress to the higher ranks and soon become someone more than him. And allows him to lead, as I believe he is an incredible staff member, an incredible leader.
