Your In-Game (RP) Name: Festive Mornings Which staff member are you reporting: Moo and Ricecooker Please describe the staff member's unjust behavior: She claimed my friend was threatening her with Doxxing when he just was on her trike saying "I'm going to live with you" when he was in her base, on the trike, as a joke. He was later banned PERMANENTLY by RiceCooker for Doxxing threats. They didn't check for any sort of evidence and just banned him on the spot. Please provide any available evidence to back your claims:

I feel like I'd be a great addition because I know most of the commands if not all and I know how to punish the wrongdoers. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? My ability to be on everyday and that I am a very friendly and upbeat person Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM: Random DeathMatch. When you kill someone for no reason. A warn should be issued RDA: Random (something, I forget) Arrest. When you Arrest someone for no reason. A warn should be issued c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR: New Life Rule. One instance is your base is being raided, you get killed and go back. Another instance is you're raiding, get killed during it and then go back to continue it. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Joining a group of people, learning their codes, leaving, becoming a thief or a job that can raid, and using their codes to get in. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Contact an Admin or some other higher ranking member of staff to situate them. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I bring the RDMer, jail them and gag/mute them if needed while finishing up the last sit and then handle the Mass RDMer accordingly. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Tell them that they cannot do that unless they are hobos. If they continue to build I will warn them.

Because I really love this server and it's a boatload of fun! b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I know 97% of the rules and most of the admin commands. I listen well and I will always listen to both sides of a story! Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is Random DeathMatch. When you suddenly kill someone. This should be hit with a warn unless it is mass. Then it is a ban. RDA is Randomly Arresting someone which again, should be a warn unless it is mass RDA. Then a ban. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is the New Life Rule. If you were killed during a raid and went back and killed the people raiding, it's breaking NLR. If you die and go back to where you died, you broke NLR. If you were trying to arrest someone and they kill you and then you chase them down after respawn and arrest them, you broke NLR. NLR is not in rule anymore after 120 seconds c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is when you use knowledge you shouldn't know. It kind of coincides with NLR sometimes. Like, if your buddy and you base together and you use the code to raid him a few days later, that's metagaming. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I react calmly and get proof. i.e Screenshots and Videos and tell another higher up. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I'll probably jail the person, finish my current sit and then go over and ban the RDMer. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Tell them that they can't do that and it's against the rules even with only 3 people on the server. If they continue to do it I will warn them for doing so. Thank you for considering me!
