Alright, I'm making this post, because we we're both in the wrong I think, and I'm the only one who got warned. Warned by: Juarez Player involved: Me and Jeck. So I was minding my own business in front of spawn at my casino (As a hobo). So then. Jeck comes up and just puts random tip jar of his own in front of mine. I, first of all, ask him to stop. I ask a player to shoot his tip jar and don't think much of it. He then continues putting his jar. I get a bit frustrated, wich is where that i'm in the wrong, and start shooting at his tip jar. He then tries to kill me, and he does so. Moments later, I come back my stand, and he is still there putting tip jars in front. I ask him to stop, once again, but he pursues with his tip jars, so this is where I shot the tip jars and I kill him. This is 2 things, I reckon, are not the best thing I should've done, but it's just frustrating. Jeck calls an admin knowing exactly that I was going to do that, and this is where I inform the situation to Juarez. I tell him that we both did actions that we are not supposed to do. Juarez says that I am in the wrong, and warns me for RDM, wich isn't the case, because he was disturbing my stand, and for Having a gun as hobo, wich I understand. Jeck gets out of the situation without any warns or the aadmin telling him to stop. I think the warn is justified, but I shouldn't be the only one that's warned, or just to verbally tell both of us, since we we're both in the wrong. -Myself

I know. This it's probably a topic that has been made 100x times. But Jesus can we get a fix for the lags. The server rolls back for a solid 5-10 seconds and it happens every 2-10 minutes. I don't know if it's a non-fixable bug, but if it's not, please, fix it.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) RDM is a RANDOM DEATH MATCH, wich basicly means that a player was killed with a non related RP situation, or just a false situatuon. A RDA is a random arrest, wich means that a cop falsly arrested someone. As a moderator, you should bring the players conserned, (Person who made the ticket and the person that it is against), ask them why they did what they've done, and if RDM/RDA, warn the person. If the person continues, wich is MRDM/MRDA, you can ban them for 2 days. c2) NLR is No life rule. This rule is when a certain player dies, this player cannot go back to where he died before the 2 minute cooldown. (Certain exceptions apply, for exemple, raiding a base.) For exemple, if someone is PD raiding and a cop dies, this cop can not go back in the PD until the raid is over. (adverted over) c3) Meta gaming is when you use some knowledge that your in-game character doesn't know. For exemple, if you die, you have to forget everything in your past life. If a person mugs you and kills you, you cannot kill the person because the person mugged you before. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) Report them on the forum and tell someone on the discord. d2) Bring them to me and jail them. Proceed with my current sit and deal with him afterwards. d3) Bring them to me, warn them for minge. If they continue, kick them for minge. If they proceed again, ban for 2 days. He was in his base, I was outside. You know when you take a right from spawn, you have the red base that’s super long. He was in there behind the fences, and I was right behind the right wall when you look at the base. I shot him from there.

A short time after, I decided to consult another mod (Capt Mango), And he agreed that the shot was entirely correct. He called Leah to let her know, and she approved to that this wasn'T far enough for a warn. I am making this Please provide any available evidence to back your claims: I don'T have any photo of the situation, but Mango and/or Leah could tell you that they both agreed on the situation. But I don'T have any experience on other servers. b1) Because I played on this server for a while now, and I think I could help keep the good climate. b2) I would, I know all of the rules, and even if I'm not a moderator, I have warned people for certain rules they didn't follow. c1) RDM = Random Death Match. RDA = Random Arrest. RDM and RDA'S result in a warn. Mass RDA and Mass RDM results in a ban of 2 weeks/days. Can't remember. c2) NLR = No Life Rule. It's, for exemple, when someone get killed in a raid, You can'T go back to that place until the raid is over. It results in a warn. c3) Metagame or Metagaming is for exemple when you are not in your RP character and use your real life knowledge. For exemple, If you're a cop, you can'T place a warrant on someone that you THINK has printers. d1) Go on the forums and write a report. d2) Bring the MassRDMer to me, jail him, and continue the other sit. When finished, handle his situation. d3) Give them a warn not to do so. Doesn't matter if we're 2 or 50 in the server, rules are still rules. PS: I do have a mic, But I don'T use it that often.
