I have staffing experience on DarkRP from years ago. If I had to guess I would approximate around 3 years. No less than 2 years. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? Like I cover in more detail in "b2)", I like to help others. I love playing on Xeno, and if I can make it a better server by being a moderator then I will. I also have been playing more recently, which gives me more time to improve not only the server, but my skills as a moderator and leader. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I would use the same rule-guided, level-headed, justice-driven, attitude that made me a great moderator before. I like to help others. I think part of it derives from my strong faith in Christianity, where I strive to follow Jesus, and though I fail often, I do like to help others where I can. It absolutely drives me insane when people are breaking the rules to destroy my roleplay experience, especially with the few hours a day I have to play, so I like to make sure that others' time is not wasted. I am completely un-biased in my dealing of justice, if I despise a player, I would still rule in their favor if justice warrants it. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM-Random deathmatch/RDA-Random arrest. Breaking either of these rules results in a warning to the player. Sometimes I will make a newer player read through the motd if I can get the prosecutor to agree to that solution instead of a warning. Causes no harm to either player and results in a newer player understanding the rules more thoroughly. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR-New life rule. States you cannot return to place of death for 120 seconds. If you died during a raid, you cannot return to the raid site unless the raid has been completed. Another example is if a police officer attempts to arrest someone breaking the law, they die, and come back to arrest the player again, not knowing in their "new life" that the player they are attempting to arrest has broken a law, because they saw the law break in their "previous life". c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is when you use knowledge obtained outside of typical gameplay to gain an advantage or assist your gameplay. One example is when a mayor kills or orders the killing of a hitman because they assume the hitman has a hit on them, they would not know this player is a hitman if they were not metagaming. Another example is listening through walls to attempt to hear someone's printers and then warranting them based on the sound of a printer through the wall. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would record, then I would ask the higher up why they are acting in this manner. If they are not breaking a rule, and doing something alright, then I would ignore it. This question assumes they are abusing, so to answer the question, I would record, and report them to someone higher than them. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Ask the players in my sit to wait a second for me to handle a potential "Mass RDM". I would then jail the player and ban them and submit a ban request to a higher up. Then I would return to my sit. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would remind them that the rules state that building in the streets is not allowed. I would ask them to move their props from the street. If they refuse I would warn them. If they continue I would kick them, removing their props. Your In-Game (RP) Name: Pioneers09 Which staff member are you reporting:Simon04 and Hobo Harold Please describe the staff member's unjust behavior: Hobo Harold warned me for failrp when my game crashed. I asked another moderator to look into it. I mentioned one time, in one sentence, that the only reason I was even making a deal about the warn was because I have a moderator application, and so I do not want another warn. Simon said by me saying that I was breaking the rules of having a moderator application. I in fact was not breaking any of these rules. The rule he is referring to is in no way a rule, in fact it even says "please" in the description of the "rule": "(Please do not ask/hint at any staff members to look at your application, it may result in a denial)" This quote is pulled from: After I asked to speak to another admin or moderator other than Simon or Harold, Simon mocked me, gagged me, and said "I'm done with you". I think this behavior is extremely unprofessional, and it worries me to see staff members like this on a server with a fun and interactive playerbase. Admin behavior like this are why I've seen many, many DarkRP servers fail. Please provide any available evidence to back your claims: Check logs. Check my warns.

Cops and SWAT and Mayor should be rewarded a $ amount for destroying printers and illegal drug machinery. I get nothing from destroying them, so why would I destroy them? Its pointless. I don't want to ruin another player's game but I want to be able to make money while doing my job.

I was randomly warned. I tried to appeal but no one took the case. a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? No a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I used to play DarkRP, I'd say about 4 years ago. I forget the name of the server but I was Mod and Admin on there for a few months, but stepped down because I had a lack of time due to work. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I like helping out servers anyway I can. I can sometimes be a little bit of a minge, but only in good spirit. I see other players routinely minging and not being punished, because they are able to wiggle their way out with inexperienced mods. I am the opposite. I had lots of experience. In fact on one server I was minging so hard without actually breaking any rules, that they made me Admin so that I could help them fix and adjust the rules to catch minges. I willingly did this, and had a great experience with the server staff there. My methodology works because the best way to catch criminals is to join them. We have undercover police because they are able to view into the minds and gain the trust of the people breaking the law. I can work very similarly on GMOD, causing me to be able to catch things other mods cannot. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? My awareness of players' ability to slither out of punishments. I do this myself on occasion, but I mostly try to adhere to rules. RDM is random murder, and RDA is random arrest. Players who do these things will be warned, then kicked, temp banned for a short while(1 day, a week, two weeks), etc. Increasing of course as they perform these actions more often and after previous warnings/punishments. I would also like to note that as I do have previous Staff experience, I would for the first while as a moderator on Xeno, ask other moderators what punishment they recommend, assuming another moderator is available. If they are not, I would punish as I see fit. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is "new life rule". So in a sense, everytime you spawn, you must have a new mind, in a new body, in a new life. You may not run back to your base to try to defend it from a raider who just killed you. You may not go arrest a player who previously shot you, etc. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is a situation where you have knowledge of a situation because of real life knowledge of the game. Examples would be, listening to attempt to hear money printers or drug stations in someone's base that you cannot see inside. I react by not contacting them directly at all. I would not ever speak to this player about what they are doing, especially in a mean way, because they are higher up than me, so I keep my mouth shut. I record or collect evidence of this abuse, then I report to their immediate superior. I then step down from the situation, become uninvolved, and allow the higher ups to deal with that. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I handle the situation by jailing or freezing the player causing the mass RDM. I try to quickly resolve the sit I am in by gathering as much info as possible, as quickly as I can. I then turn to the mass RDMer and let them know what I've seen them do. I then handle according to protocol. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I inform these 2 players that building in the streets is against the rules. I then let them know that I have no problem, as long as it is not near spawn. If another player, who is not their friend logs on, I ask them to remove the props from the street. If they refuse I follow standard protocol. I would warn, then kick, then temp bans, then ban.
