Listen, anyone would get heated in my shoes. No one likes being called a control freak (implied, or seemed Like it was meant as). Id like to get passed this and clear it all up. Ive decided to revoke my staff application, but Xeno is still my main server. I donated and love the class. I meant no harm, and my reason for the first post is just. I understand the system better and we all couldve worded some of the things said differently. TLDR: Im sorry for my last post. Ill think about re applying again in the future.

@Zyngas i apologize to you. the way i worded that was super harsh and i am sorry. maybe a verbal conversation would be easier. i do agree with not being able to be on the same page through text. My frustration stemed from being told that i feel like i want staff to bow to me and thats not it at all, and i dont know how that came to be. thats not at all what i feel. if your at all free to talk in VC in the discord let me know, because i want this cleared up, and i dont want to be made out as a control freak in this forum. thanks, have a good one. Ive already said i understand that thats the way things are ran. My point, which i have made simpler and simpler each time ive said it, is when theres multiple staff on, and shits going on, cant anyone do anything about it? If its a stupid reason on a ticket yea sure dont worry about it, but if its mass rdm, no one takes action, wouldnt you guys have a problem? Dont make me out as the bad guy by saying i want a mod to do my bidding, thats not it at all. How in the hell did this get turned on me. Thats really fucked up. You are 100% fucking right about a staff playing any damn game he wants. Read what i said i never said anything about staff dropping what they are doing, not once. If this is how an issue is settled, im sorry to say that this is complete bullshit. Close this thread and close my staff application. I dont want to be apart of a server that treats their players as fucking demons when they see no fucking staff doing what they were assigned to do. If thats what happened, i appologize to you i had no context. But if there was 2 other staff in duty, a few other players including myself had no idea. Like ive already said many times before though, i have no problem with the staff rping, i have an issue with the lack of action. Bot just you, youve done amazing stuff, but in general

My point is, if theres an issue on the server, some one ( unless they are in a rp) can take care of it. Please read what i said. Like i already said, I understand some staff dont break rp, i wouldnt either, but if they arent doing squat already, what are they on for? My issue is that a player shouldnt have to beg for help. Especially when its a problem needing to be dealt with right then. And a staff member shouldnt just up and leave a player asking for help. Wasnt heated at all, this was after the fact. Maybe this is something that happens alot and im the first dipshit to make a big deal of it, but its something ive never done, or ever will as a staff member. No matter my rank or quota. And yes, i agree with @Setro i would rather see quality on the staff team rather than quantity. Like my boi @BigBoiStonk and @Hernandez Mafia. Those guys know what theyre doing. To boil it all down, yea, if the system thats been used by you guys have worked for a couple years, cool. But some guys like me who have been in the game awhile with quite a bit of admin and above expirence, some of the aspects dont add up to me. And theres other people like me too. I had an issue, and was ignored, mocked, and basically told oh fucking well on this forum. Thats not a good way to keep loyal players. If this gains me a bad image, so be it. Id rather something be done and gain a bad rap as the ranting asshole rather than see this server go to shit and crumble from the inside. Thats my rant for the day this thread can be closed now.

My biggest issue at that time was that yea, some of the staff were in a rp and i dont want to break that experience, but the one that wasnt doing shit, and literally left the server when i asked what the hell was being done, thats when i have a problem. That should never happen. Maybe there was a good reason but the guy heard me, said Bruh in chat, and booked. So idk.

Id basically be staff on duty the whole time i play because i notice alot of rules brokedn, and i wanna make sure theyre followed. Plus staff cant be on all the time, but i can try. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? My extensive background, but thats a cliche answer. The way i run things is clean and consistent. My binds are the fastest in the west, and no rule breaker will get out clean. Plus its like 2:30 am and i stay up late so i can knock out the graveyard shift for yall. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is random death match which means killing for no reason at all. RDA is the same thing but for arresting with no reason. A warn would be sufficient for RDA, and depending on the severity of the RDM, it could be, but not limited to, Warning, or kicking. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR means new life rule, which can be broken by a player going back to a place they were killed and getting revenge. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Basically fail RP. thats the term we used back in the day hehe. But no, some one could meta game by talking about a game mechanic, or about the server or their moderator application and such. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You sea higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Report it to their superior or owner of the server. They will take it from there. No reason for me to get more involved. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Depending on what the guy in the sit has done, or has reported someone else doing. And it also depends on if there are any other staff on. If its just me, ill ask the guy to stay there a sec and tak care of the RDM’er. Once he is kicked and or banned, ill go back to the guy in the sit. If hes not there ill find him and punish him accordingly, or if he has left the server, obtain his steam ID through the logs and ip temp ban for evasion. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. No building in the streets. Unless they are hobos, then i might let them if its just the 2.

So i do have a issue. First time encountering it, but it shouldnt be a thing in the first place. Multiple mods on, and no one around to help with blantant rdm. I even ran into Kil, and said hey, anyone responding to any @s? because i put in 2 tickets for RDM. i love this server, and i get that people cant leave an RP in the middle of it, but when a member tries to stop ya and ask for help, and then you say "Bruh" in chat and then leave, yea ima have an issue. that is all
