No, never a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I owned my own server a year ago, Cyberworld DarkRP, It's been shut down for monetary reasons. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? Being 1000% honest, I enjoy volunteering on servers and I enjoy helping out. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I listen to both sides of a report before warning, that way I get a more accurate story. I'm smart enough not to abuse, I understand the repercussions of doing so. I've read and understand server rules. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM means Random Deathmatch. It's when you randomly kill someone for no valid RP reason. Players who do this should be warned. RDA means Random Arrest. It's when you're in the police force and you randomly arrest someone for no valid RP reason. Players who do this should also be warned. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. New Life Rule, also known as NLR, is a rule that states that you can't go back to where you died for 2 minutes. However, if you died during a raid, you can't go back to the building being raided until said raid is over. One example of breaking NLR is dying while defending your base from a raid, then going back to your base immediately after respawning to continue defending it. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is when a player uses knowledge that their in game character shouldn't know. One such example is a police officer reading someone adverting PD raid in chat, they use that knowledge to go defend the PD from said raid. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I'd record the higher up abusing their powers so I have evidence and report their actions immediately. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I'd jail the MRDMer and deal with them before continuing the sit I'm in. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. To be completely honest, I'd be lenient if it was my server and let them fool around. But since I don't own this server and I'm only applying for TMod, I'd still enforce the rules. A bit of a side note, you may not remember me but I used to be super active under a different steam account name, that name being |:| Emerald Adventurer |:|. I've since changed that name to my current one. I'm going to be super active as long as this app is up and depending on if I get TMod or not. I can be online very often since I do online schooling. I'm ok with hopping on as long as you need me to and when there isn't any staff online. I'm only asking that you give me notice when you need me to hop on. I'll also hop on by my own choice if you don't need me because there's no harm in having more than one staff online.

Since i'm creating a server of my own, I need the staffing experience so I don't screw up on my own server. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I have a great understanding of the rules. I always listen to both side of the story so I give no false punishments. RDM(Random deathmatch) is when another player comes up and kills someone for absolutely no reason, Players who perform this act would be verbally warned, but if repeated, warned and if too much, even kicked or banned(MRDM and warn limit only)! RDA(Random Arrest) is when a cop arrests a player for no RP reason, Players who perform this act will be punished in the same way as rdm. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR(New Life Rule) basically means that you can't interact with who you died to and where you died for 3 minutes, raiding is the exception however when you can't go back to the raided base until the raid is over. Ex. A player was killed in a swat raid to their house, they come back immediately and kill all of the police. Ex 2. A player raids the PD, the cops immediately come over because they say the "PD RAID" advert. They are all killed and 2 of them come back to kill the player and succeed. Ex 2 is both Metagame and breaking NLR c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is when a player makes use of knowledge that their rp character does not posses. Ex. A police officer is patrolling at the other side of town and sees the "PD RAID" advert. They Immediately come over to the pd to try to stop the raid. Ex 2. A police officer sees the "MUG..." advert and runs around to find the player that said it and arrest them. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Immediately file a report on the forums, And tell a higher rank than the abuser. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Jail the MRDMer and finish my sit then deal with the MRDMer. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. The rule that forbids building on the streets still applies so they wouldn't be allowed to. I would stop them from doing so. PS. I Know I haven't been very active lately. Yes, On OHMC (Ottowa Hills Minecraft Server), I'm aware this isn't Gmod, but I'm still the Co-Owner on that server, I've been since it started. I've had my own gmod server for about 2 years, Called Emerald Adventures. but It was since shut down. I know you prefer Quality over Quantity, which I understand completely, So I think I'll fit. I'm very nice, so I won't scare people. I always listen to both sides of the story during a sit and I'll never abuse my powers. A good admin should have these things. RDM = Random Death Match; RDA = Random Arrest, When a player performs these acts, I'll let them off with a verbal, but if it happens more that once, that's when I warn them. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR = New Life Rule, When a player breaks NLR, They come back to their death point OR the area around it before 3 minutes after death. Ex. Metagame is when a player takes the use of knowledge that they, the character, Don't have. Ex. A police officer is strolling the area, then they look in chat and see a PD raid advert. I immediately either make an abuse post OR tell a person of a higher rank than them. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Jail the two people in the sit and deal with the mass RDMer. Then I resume the previous sit. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I'd still enforce the rule of No building in the streets.

I am aware this is not Garry's mod but i've studied how to manage sits, and I've studied the rules. I Love this server, And I thought you could use me around. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I'm very active on this server. I'll be on quite a lot, even though I have school. I've studied the rules as much as I could. RDM, Random Death Match, Verbal warn If not proven, Then an actual warn if it is proven. Same thing with RDA, Random Arrest. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. || New Life Rule is when a player is killed. They are not allowed back for the next 2 minutes, 120 seconds. For a raid however, they aren't allowed back until it's over. Ex. A player is killed while thier base is being raided, and they come back immediately to defend thier base. Ex 2. A PD raid is in progress. The Police die and they come right back to stop the PD from being raided. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is when a person makes use of knowledge they're Character doesn't have. Ex. A police officer sees the advert "Mug" And he places a warrant on that player so he can arrest them, But since he didn't see it it's metagame. Well, It's not allowed unless they're hobos so I'd verbally warn them, Then Warn then, Then kick them, And if it comes to it, Ban them.
