Well thats why there is demote and admins. I mean that logic applies to cp's too whats to say cp's dont abuse unarrest stick. That can be said about any class with an unarrest stick.

I think it would be great for mayors to have to unarrest stick. This would allow mayors to give people the option to pay bail without nearby cp. It gets very annoying having to call someone to the pd whenever someone wants to play bail. The stun stick would also be nice so the mayor can push criminals back into their cells after opening the door if they try to rush out. Thanks!

Yes i have been banned from this server once before, It was for rdm in a sit 7 months ago. I don't remember if i was me or not i used to share a computer with an older brother. I believe this is my only ban. a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yes, i have been a staff member on 2 different servers. Presidential roleplay and Insanity roleplay. I have been a staff member on presidential roleplay up until it shutdown due to lack of updates and a pay to win style. I got to the rank admin before it passed. Then i moved to insanity where i got to mod before i quit because i saw that the server was dying and i was wasting my time. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I love the server and i would like to help make it a better place for everyone to enjoy. I have been playing dark rp for a while and i just hit 1600 hours in gmod. I feel like i could make a real difference on catching rule breaking players because i have the experience and i don't mind dealing with toxic players all day long. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I am familiar with most of the ulx commands and i know how to use careful thinking and good judgement to solve difficult situations. I feel that i am fair in most cases and i know that everyone is to be treated the same under the rules. I can also someday volunteer to teach new staff like i was taught. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is short for "Random Death Match". This is where a person kills another without reason. This can be punished in many different ways such as if this is the first offence and the killer is obviously new to darkrp i could probably leave him off with a verbal warning, but if the person knows what they did was wrong and did it on purpose i can give them a ulx warning. For multiple kills or "Mass RDM" i may have to give out a serious ban such as a one week ban. RDA is short for "Random Arrest". Similar in ways to RDM this is where a player randomly arrests another player for no reason at all. To may knowledge it has similar punishment to RDM and in some cases is more severe. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is short for "New Life Rule". This is occurs when you die, if you die you have to forget everything about you previous death and not return to the site of your death for 120s or 2 minutes. An example of this being violated would be: Player 1 gets raided by Player 2 and Player 1 dies to Player 2. Player 1 then proceeds to come back immediately after death and kilsl Player 2. NLR has been broken because he did not forget his previous life and returned to his base without waiting the full 2 minutes. On top of that it would also be considered RDM because he killed Player 2. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is where someone knows something they should not. For example someone is raiding a base and there is someone defending it. The person defending has a friend outside and he is telling him exactly where the attacker is. This would be metagame because the defender would not normally know where the attacker is but in this instance he is given this information to get an unfair advantage. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would try to stay out of the way and collect as much evidence as possible such as video evidence, screenshots and logs to convince another higher up that this said person is abusing this powers so they can be removed from the staff team and banned. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would pause the sit and jailtp the person to where i am so i can quickly get it settled and get the person banned so i can continue my current sit. If there were other admins on who are not busy i would possibly ask them for help. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. This is against the rules and i would ask them to remove the props, if they do not comply i would warn them and forcibly remove the props myself. If they continued this behaviour i would either warn them or kick them and in rare case give them a ban if it was something like propblock and propclimb. Thank you for reading my staff application!
