Hello, it’s Bendy here to join in on this. I also agree I was falsely banned (twice) and unfairly treated by the mod team, not surprisingly. My demotion is going to clearly be a point you have against me. Now, I’ll confess that was a troubling situation and one that deserved to be punished but I clearly then proved my loyalty and enjoyment of the server in the action of continuing to play it daily.
It began with a ban from Framptus for something that I’d permission to do in the first place. Framptus and my friends had had trouble with him in the past but were willing to listen. Basically what happened is that we asked permission from a staff member to set up an enclosure in the mining area where colourful blocks would be flying around and this was deliberately closed for the exclusive enjoyment of the miners and anybody who wanted to come in and enjoy it. A staff member then came over (another one) and said that it was what they wanted in the server as it was a friendly gesture. Framptus then came and deleted the walls, sending blocks across spawn. I was then banned for this without clear warning. All I had to do was press Z yet I was banned for disobedience for 2 weeks, a little harsh?
I then entered a ban appeal for it and went out for the day as it was Summer time from what I can remember. When I got home, no response came from my appeal and I was still banned. Out of clear frustration I went on an alt account. I had quite a lot of fun until I got found out by framptus where I then received a permanent ban on both accounts which is not protocol. It should’ve been a 2 week ban on my main and a perma on my alt but due to their vendetta against me it was a perma on both which goes to show rules mean nothing to the staff team. I then got into a Discord with them. I can clearly remember celebration from those who banned me in the Discord from new victory of expelling a loyal member with a decent enough reputation being banned. So, anyways. Once joining this call I attempted to discuss my situation and in full honesty out of the shock and embarrassment of being banned, I lied. I lied claiming my brother had used the alt. Which wasn’t true and I fully admit to that and to the fact that it could be considered as immature. I’m very apologetic for that. It’s been a long few months since I’ve been banned, probably around 6-7 months and I believe that a six month ban for a case in which all offences occurred would be harsh at the length at the length of two months I do not feel is fair.
I can guarantee that over this long time I’ve matured and am now (of course) much calmer and less shocked than I was on that day. I’m not trying to be hostile, I would just like to play the server again and enjoy it as much as I did back then as I truly think that XenoRP is a great server, one of the best. So please, appreciate my current honesty and willingness to discuss and the effort I have sunk into this long, long response. I’m hoping you’ve considered unbanning me.
