I never have been ban before. a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I have been staff on 3 gmod servers such as Xeno, Icefuse, and defcon gaming. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I have been on the server for a few years and it one of my favorite DarkRP servers out there. I have seen it grow and evolve, the community is generally nice and it has good staff members. Also I am on when staff are generally not and the server is chaos, and I would like to help that. I am exited to help the staff team as much as i can and i willing to help anyone with anything. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I would be a good mod because i strive to help out as many people as i can, also i'm supper active so i will be on to help most of the time. i have been on the server for a long time now so i know all the rules also i constantly go into the MOTD. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is Random deathmatch, it is where a player walks up to another and shoots and kills them for no rp reason. This should be punished by a verbal warning for first offense(or if the person who got killed wants them to be warned) and a warn the second offense. RDA is random arrest, it is where a police officer walks up to a player and arrests them because they feel like it. This should be punished by a warning or verbal warning for the first offense and a warning for the second. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. This is were a player goes back to a recent place of death without waiting NLR timer and doesnt forget theyre past life. One example is: Were a player is being raided, The player dies and goes back to theyre base and kills the raider. Another is: A player is raiding PD and a police officer keeps going back to PD and trying to kill the raider after dying multiple times. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. MetaGame is were a player uses outside knowledge to gain an upperhand over players. One example is a player dies in a raid and tells his friend in OOC chat where the raider is while dead and watching the raider move in the base.(or in discord). Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would record them for proof and then report them in the forums. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? i would jail them and then finish my sit and then after my sit i will go ban them for 2 weeks. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. i would say sorry you can not build on the streets but you can be a hobo and build on the side walk.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I wanna volunteer because i really like to help out, I would love to see the server grow. I'm really active on the server and sometimes i see how rough it can get for the mods and i wanna help out as much as i can to make the community better. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I was mod on the server so i'm well aware of all the rules also i strive to help out as much as i can no matter what the situation is. i barely go to sleep so i'm willing to help out at anytime. If so, where? yes in star wars rp for about a month now Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? The reason why I want to be a part of the staff team is mainly because I want to be helping others out on the server when they are having struggles. I experienced so many issues on are server to the point where i need a mod so i wanna become a TM so i can help out the people who ran into my problems in the past i also been in the server for around 3-4 months so i gained a lot of friends and trust. i hope to help out as many people as i can in the future who need help. i have been in the server for about 3-4 months so i'm well aware of the rules and regulations, and i would love to help the server grow. as someone who cares deeply about the server i would be impacting the server in a productive manner by putting the members needs first. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? Even though i have a little experience in the staff team i'm willing to learn and get better as a staff member. i have great communication skills i also work well with others and i strive to be a leader. i think i will bring a lot of positive reinforcement to this staff team. i find my self as a dedicated person to the server i put a lot of my own personal time involved in the server. i'm looking forward to becoming a successful staff member to those who are in need of a moderator. NLR is New Life Rule for example characters must have a real and valid in-character reason behind their actions and New Life Rule applies when a someone is killed during a raid c3) Define "Metagaming" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is a term used in role-playing games, which describes a player's use of real-life knowledge concerning the state of the game to determine their character's actions, when said character has no relevant knowledge or awareness under the circumstances.
