[B's] Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. B1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I've always liked Xeno RP as a server and would like to help out once again! B2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I would make a good moderator because I would handle all situations with a fair-minded, agreeable manor; I would listen to both sides before giving the appropriate punishment. [C's] Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: C1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM: Random Death Match is when a player starts killing people with out a reason. Example: A player is walking down the street, out of nowhere a different player shoots and kills them for no reason. RDA: Random Arrest is when a cop arrest someone for no reason. Example: A player is walking down the road, a cop then comes up and arrest the player with no reasoning. C2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR: New Life Rule states that once you die you cannot return to your place of death for 120 seconds (2 minutes) Example: A hitman dies while trying to complete a hit, he then proceeds to go back to his place of death before the NLR timer is up. C3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame: Using out of character knowledge to gain an advantage over players and/or their bases. Example: Using voice chat to see if there is anyone inside a base. [D's] Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: D1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would start recording their actions and report them to the server owner's or their admin. D2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? If I were to see a player Mass RDMing I would first jail them, then after the sit is settled I would ban the player for 2 weeks. D3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I'd politely ask them if they could remove their buildings or switch to a hobo and build on the sidewalk's. If they were to keep doing it and not switch I would give both of them a warning

I have to admit, this is bad on my part I should have warned Ricardo, and I hate my wife for Fail RP and Raiding without a Warrant & Advert (Ricardo is the player that raided without a warrant and advert, and I hate my wife came and raided Gilly while Ricardo was raiding. Both were apart of the pd at the time). About the prop climb, in my defence the in the screenshot the keypad was off to the side so I didn't see it until you pointed it out that's why I wanted to warn you for FDA, after I saw it I stated that I wouldn't give you a warn, that is also when I returned the player I hate my wife in which he went offline after I returned him. So I told you that when he gets back online that I would bring you and I hate my wife to talk about punishment for him. The picture is where the keypad was. Like I said, it was off to the side so I didn't see it at the time.

I would think I would make a good moderator because I would handle situations in an unbiased, and agreeable way that would make the situation run more smoothly. If I were to make a mistake I would grow and learn from it. A player is walking around and randomly someone shoots and kills the player without any warning such as, mug, steal, etc. The definition of RDA is "Random Arrest," An example would be. A player is walking around with all of the sudden a Cop comes up, tases the player and arrest them without any warning or reasoning. For the RDM case I would bring both of the players to me and talk it out. If all of the evidence lines up then I will give the offender a warning. For RDA I would again bring both players to me and talk it out, then if all the evidence lines up that the offender did RDA then I would give offender a warning c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR also applies to raids, if you were to die while defending your base you cannot go back until the raiders do "over" or until 120 seconds is up. Ex. A group of players start a raid, the player that own's the base dies in the process of protecting it. He decides to violate NLR and go back and kill the group. Meta gaming is when a player uses information beyond the in-character knowledge to gain an advantage on players or their bases. Ex. A player that is playing as a government official cannot arrest a hit man that has a "hit accepted" sign over their head because the character cannot see that in-game. If I were to see a higher up abusing their powers I would open a recording software like OBS or Bandicam then send the footage to another higher up like the owner, senior mod, admin, etc. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? If I did see someone Mass RDMing I would jail the player and continue the sit. After the original sit is settled I would ban the Mass RDMer for 2 weeks d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I have not had any staffing experience in the past nor the present although I have used ULX and FAdmin before and know how they work B's Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP The community that XenoRP has created is really the only community I have connected and made friends with. Usually I would get on a random server, but then I found myself going back to the same server over and over. The main reason I want to volunteer for XenoRP is because I want to help as much people as well as setting an example for newcomers or even veteran players. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I would think I would make a good moderator because I would handle situations in an unbiased, agreeable manor, I would listen to both sides of the story and if it were to get heated I would calm it down as fast as I could, I would look back at any evidence I could find and base my judgement off of both the players stories as well as any indication of any happenings that were said. I know how to use ULX and FAdmin fairly well and will use them to the best of my ability to help with any situations that may come up. On the other hand the definition of RDA is "Random Arrest," an example would be. Another player is walking alone then with no context what so ever a player apart of the police team comes up and arrest the walking player. Again I would bring both of the players and talk about what happened then I after if the evidence lines up I will give the RDAer a warning. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. The definition of NLR is "New Life Rule," which means you cannot return to the place of death until 120 seconds is over (2 Minuets) this also means you cannot return to a raiding area until the raiders say, "over" or until 120 seconds is over. An example would be, a player that is getting raided dies during the raiding process, after they respawn they decide to go back before 120 seconds is over and kill all of the raiders. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. How do you handle the situation? I will quickly carry the person to a unacceptable roof top, jail them, then as fast as I can get back to the original sit apologize and get it worked out. After the sit is over I will talk to the Mass RDMer then give the player a 2 week ban. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I will tell them that it is against the rules ,delete their props and go on with my day I would also tell them that if they want to, they can switch to a hobo which can build on the sidewalk but not the street but if they continue I will bring both of them and give them both a warning.
