I want to be apart of the staff team because I enjoy being on the server for the most part, and I enjoy the roleplay that happens on the server. I want to help out with the staff team and punish rule breakers. Also, I know all the rules and I want to be able to put that to my ability and help the community by becoming staff. Also, I want to try something new on the server so I want to give myself the opportunity to join the staff team. Foremost, I want to put all of my efforts into the community and staff team. Mostly I want to be a hardworking staff member and be the best I can be In the staff team. The last reason why I wanna be a part of the staff team is I wanna support each and every last person I can in the community. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? RDM - Random Deathmatch Match - Killing someone without a valid reason RDA - Random Arrest - Arresting someone with out a vaild reason c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR - New Life Rule - Coming back to the same place were you died for a scenario - Rubyy's base was being raided by Jerry 11 Jerry 11 fails the raid comes back and start interacting with the base again c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. metagaming is like stopping current jobs from rp for a example casino owner is not letting hitman in side the casino if there is a hitman inside the casino its kos Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I will tell another higher up about it let him deal with the situation d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would hold the sit and quickly grab and freeze that guy if needed ill look in the guide lines too see what i need to do obvi ban him. then i will ban the current person for a current amount of time then go back to the sit and continue it d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I dont wanna be a prick i would tell them its against the rules to build in the street and tell them to read !motd for more infomation

I want to be a volunteer for XenoRP because i want to help improve the community i offed some of my devloping skills to the owners but it seems they got it under control i been on this server for a long time i am active / on the game 24/7 5+hours a day b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? RDM is when a player kills another player for no reason Known As Random Death Match . RDA is when a player is mining his/her own bussiness then a random swat or police officer arrests another player for no reason c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is new life rule. You may not return to the spot you died at for 120 seconds nor interact with anyone whom you died near this includes rp actions such as mugging / being raided etc c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Meta gaming is when a player's character makes use of knowledge that the player is aware of but that the character is not meant to be aware of Meaning If Someone is making a base that all other people are allowed to come in the police / goverment are not . Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would talk to him about what he is doing and tell him that hes making the team look bad not only that he is abusing his powers and most likly be demoted and if he countines to abuse i would contact a higher up on discord if there is not any on i would just take photo /vids d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? if it was like a fast pace situation i would fly too him freeze him take him to the sit area to avoid rp disrupptions then ban him / hear only if i was the only staff on d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. i would give them a warning saying to stop where you are and to remove your props and if do not listen too me the first time i would warn them if needed
