Update: I just watched him Mass RDM AGAIN and have video evidence. He was baiting people by dropping ammo on the floor and killing them for picking it up. Geral walked into the middle of a crowd, warned three times and opened fire, killing multiple hobos. The MOTD states that a player must have a real in-character reason to warn, as well as make it clear as to why he's warning. Not only did he not make it clear why, but he had no reason to, and was using warns falsely as an excuse to attempt mass rdm. He's been doing this all day and had 100+ frags, he since left the game. I hope this is dealt with, just because he donated doesn't mean he should be above the law. Also, in the video, he killed enough people to be considered a case of mass rdm. He then broke NLR to come back and kill me, and the thief I was with killed him. After Clockno died the second time, he left the game after we said he was breaking the rules. I have a recording of the whole exchange, where you see him die the first time, break NLR, RDM, Ltap, AND fading door abuse so we can't lockpick into his base. In the 2nd video, you can see him leave at the end and fading door abuse at the beginning. The first vid is me killing him.
