No Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I am very active on the server and would love to see the community grow to be a better place. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I know the motd very well and know the rules, I have been have been in the wrong several time in different servers and this server i feel like i would know how to handle situations better as a staff with that experience. All in All i want to help the server grow. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is when a player kills another player for no reason what so ever. RDA is when a player Role playing as a CP arrests another player for no reason. A player who RDM/RDA should be warned and a player who mass RDM/RDA should be banned for 2 weeks. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is new life rule. You may not return to the spot you died at for 120 seconds nor interact with anyone whom you died near. NLR also comes into play during raids. Players may not enter the base being raided if they died there whether they were attacking or defending until everyone raiding has called over in adverts. You may also not remember what happened during your past life. Players might break NLR during PD raids when RPing as cops to kill the attackers. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is when a player has knowledge outside their RP knowledge. Such as if someones party member gets kidnapped/mugged and gets killed the player might ask who killed their party member in discord call and go kill the kidnapper/mugger. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would record them abusing their power and send it to a admin/Higher Up to punish them how they see fit d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would pause my sit and apologize and ban the mass RDMing player and return to my sit and continue it. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would give them a verbal to stop and if they don't I would warn them and kick them for non-compliance and remove the props.

False warn he warned me for prop surf/flying why it is first not in the motd and not considered prop climb sense i am using it for fun and not to get on to a building or structure that you would not be able to get to with out props i was spawning a prop with tool gun below my feet and it would launch me in the air like 5 people did it and have been doing it i did not know i could not do this sense it is not in the motd he ASKED me to stop and warned me right after and didn't not why to stop he said flying around yet it is not in the motd there for he should have verbally warned me sense it is not in the motd now i was not a hobo and i forgot to switch to one yet i removed the prop right after i would launch my self and should not be warned for prop surf, flying, climbing, or building in the on sidewalk as a citizen all he did was bring me to him said hey can you guys stop and warned us with out making a valid reason of prop flying when it is not in the motd and there for you should warn someone before a verbal if it is not in the motd Along with that i am trying to become staff on this server and do not want anymore warning than i have i have 2 now this false one and a rdm one witch i don't know how i got please read this and remove my warning all i like to do is help this server out and i have to go through this

If so, where? yes about a year ago I use to mod about 2 servers at 2 differents times I have just camee back tot eh game about 2 months ago Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I feel that I could contribute as a staff when no one is on cause I am always on when no staff are I know better than most on this server and I hate watching people break rules in front of me when I know I could do something about it I want this server to do as well as possible I feel it could be one of the best darkrp server with alittle more staff help b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? New Life Rule it is when a player isn't allowed to return of his place of death within a minimum time of 120 seconds/2 min EXP. if a erson is being raided and dies then returns before the 120 sec is up or raid is over c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is the information the player receives outside of role playing that the Role Play character would not know anything about. EXP. if you a cop watches you receive a hit and follows you around to ether arrest you or kill you Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?I would try to gather as much evidence as I possibly on the higher up abusing powers using OBS studio's and show it to someone higher up or of equal power d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? If I seen that someone was Mass RDMing I would stop whatever I was doing and Jailtp the player, 2 explain to him what he did and ban him for 2 weeks then I would carry on with my current sit d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. i would ask them politely to remove them build and if the continue you bring them into a sit and explain to them that they can not build out side the base and that they can switch to a hobo were they can build on the sidewalks. if they do not stop then i will warn them and delete the props my self
