a5) How many in-game warns do you have? 1 warn for RDM a week or two ago
a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? I was banned on accident by a mod "JosephKY" you can ask him and he will vouch for me. But i'm not sure if its still on my record. But besides that no.
a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? It was 2 years ago on a darkrp server but I don't really remember the name of the server. I'm pretty sure its not running anymore.
Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? Because I feel like I can make the server experience a lot better for everyone. I'm on every day for 10+ hours so I feel like I'd be a great fit.
b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I'm on a lot and I would respond to tickets really fast and deal with the problem when it comes up. I know the majority of the rules just not all the ones that aren't listed in !motd
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:
c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM: Random Death Match. Players who commit RDM would result in a warn unless they commit MRDM and they would get banned. RDA: Random Arrest. Players who commit this will be warned and if they commit MRDA it would result in either a ban or another warn.
c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. New Life Rule. For example, If you are getting raided and you die you can not come back to your base because you're have no knowledge of it happening in an RP scenario.
c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. When one transfers Non-RP data to a role play scenario.
Example: If you are roleplaying in chat about your bar shop, and you state in chat that your dad just cooked chicken for you IRL and didn't put it in OOC that is metagaming.
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Report them in the forums with video evidence
d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? If im the only mod online i'd tell the player i'm in the sit with to "hold on I have to deal with a greater violation" and tend to the MRDMer. But if I'm not the only mod on i'd continue the sit and wait and see if the other mods took care of the problem.
d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. First I would tell them to delete the props and if they do not delete them I will give them a warn. And if they continue after the warn I will kick them from the server. If they return to the server and continue it will result in a ban. (not sure for how long that info will probably be in training)
