Yeah I have been banned for 3 days for going back to a raid, I'll never do it again I understand what I did and why I banned. a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I actually dont, but I did a ton of research of what I need to be doing and what I am to be expected of. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRp I love the people on here a lot of them are awesome and I would like to be able to make friends along with helping out. I can be on when other staff can't since I have a lot of free time. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM stands for "Random deathmatch" it occurs when a player kills another player for no reason. RDM should be punished with verbal warning and if done multiple times it should be a higher punishment. RDA stands for "Random arrest" it happens when a person arrests another player randomly. It should be punished with the same as RDM. c2)Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. "NLR" Stands for "New life rule" and it happens when you say forget that someone killed you or who it was. Its violated when you go back to a raid multiple times or just one when you already died. NLR timer is 120 seconds and the same comes for outside raids c3) Define "Metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. As most rules state players cant use knowledge beyond their rp knowledge. Plays cant kill themselfs to get out of a situation. A situation would be CP raiding for printers or something else when they did not see them or someone said they had tthe ooc in the chat. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations. d1)You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would report it to the owner or a higher rank and if none of them were on I would record it for evidence and show it to them after. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit mass rdming. How do you handle the situation? I would jail them and tell the person I was working with to just wait a second while I go handle another situation d3) Only two other players are online and they're building in the streets. I would make sure they know its not okay and if other people were to join it would make it less fun for them while they play on the server.
