My name is Noa and I have been playing on your server for quite some time now. I am proud and happy with the experiences I’ve had and the people I’ve met while playing on it. Sadly, this wonderful experience is being ruined because of the harassment I have received.
I’ve explored all other options prior to writing this report and I find myself forced to resort to openly discussing what feels like a private matter and going to the forums for a resolution.
The continuous harassment and torment have become too much to cope with. It’s affecting me mentally and is hindering me from being able to continue to play and support the server.
Over the span of the last few days (6/16/20, 6/17/20, 6/18/20) I have received profuse amounts of harassment, belittlement, racism, sexism, and anything harmful one could say to a person. Not only is this behavior allowed, but it is encouraged by a portion of the moderator staff. I feel the behavior the mods are exhibiting are in direct correlation to the rising amount of discriminatory interactions I have on the server. On top of breaking several MOTD rules, and allowing other players to do so, they also join in on the harassment. The dogmatic attitude of the staff has led me to believe that not only will they turn a blind eye to such behavior but will use their position to make sure it continues to happen.

Within moments of being in the server I was kidnapped. I would be killed, and they would come back to spawn to do it again. I was told countless times how disgusting women are and how no one cares, and I can’t stop what’s happening to me. After exhausting my options, I simply stayed kidnapped. Multiple people came into the small space I was being held in. And once one of them caught air that I was currently streaming the behavior changed. They started to say extremely racist, homophobic, and sexist stuff. I couldn’t mute them all fast enough. The amount of times the hard R was used is too many to count. And what started with 5 people slowly turned into almost half of the server. I couldn’t build a base, building sign or not, without having 15/20 people outside my door harassing me. Included in those people were 2 mods. Papa Panda and Belial. Belial partook in the allowance of acts of racism, and panda partook in the endless harassment outside my base.

Less than 10 minutes of joining the game, I had a few people at my door trying to buy my base. Due to prior interactions I chose to type instead of talk. They were lighthearted at first. They started to raid my base even with the building sign up. A mod (hunt) was in that group of people. They took a few steps in and claimed my base was illegal. Hunt switched to mod on duty and looked at everything. Eventually I made the mistake of using my mic, and the harassment began. The continued to mock me anytime I spoke, talking about how ugly I am. I was killed 3 times during this interaction. After they ended the raid, they stood outside my door to belittle me. Another mod showed up (isunno or something) “I heard about what happened last night.” I cut him off to tell him “yeah and it is happening right now too” for him to follow up with laughing and joining the harassment. I left that base and changed my name. Isunno found me in my other base and looked at what I had. I asked him to leave and after him being vigilant on aggravating me I muted him. He then became a thief and his friends (including panda) began to raid me. I disconnected from the server because I am absolutely exhausted with dealing with it and having to be a good sport. I reconnected immediately because I knew there would be a sit involved. The mod that brought me to the sit was Hunt and he immediately gagged me. So, I left again, because I refuse to talk to the part of the staff that is in the clique of people who want to torment me. He proceeded to ban me for 3 days
And that’s where we are now. I play a lot, I love roleplaying. I’ve donated to the server and have made lifelong friends from it. Whenever I stream Garry’s mod on twitch, this is the server I use. And I’ve said so many positive things about the server and the mods. It was only recently this has become a major issue. It seems some people don’t like me and will stop at nothing to get me off the server. I did not ask for the harassment, I did not initiate any behavior that would warrant such acts toward me.
I play Garry’s mod because it can get a little toxic, and I find humor in that. I know how people are with ‘girl gamers’ so its nothing new to me. What is new to me is the amount of harassment I’ve received, and that nothing can be done about it because the staff is not only allowing and encouraging it. But also asking others to join in, and even paying in game money for them to do so.
Although this seems like a lot, this only scratches the surface of what was said. I don’t feel comfortable repeating everything. You can listen to it for yourself.
Along with a few witnesses, the entirety of Wednesdays gameplay is on my twitch vods, which I’ve downloaded for evidence. Upon taking this report seriously, I will provide a vast amount of evidence. I also want to take this time to outline every rule broken in my vod. Since this is the only instance, I have video proof of. They are as follows:

General Rules
3. Do not discriminate, harass, or direct unnecessarily foul language towards any other players.
Social Rules
1. The repeated use of racial, homophobic, or sexist slurs in-game will result in a reprimand.
2. Do not spam voice or text chat. Do not use OOC, Admin Chat, or the ticket system for reasons other than their intended uses.
3. Anything annoying or unnecessary is considered micspam

2. Players may not raid any one base more than once every ten minutes.
5. You cannot raid a building that is currently in the process of being raided by another player
Kidnappings
1. Players must wait five minutes between kidnappings.
2. Players may not kidnap the same person more than once every ten minutes.
Here is a recap of all mods involved. I do not feel the need to state the players because I thoroughly believe that this falls at the hands of the mods, and if they didn’t exhibit such behavior most of the players would not have partaken in it.

I ask for your immediate intervention to find a solution to this problem and establish a safe place for people to roleplay. Not only does this affect me, it affects the image of xeno and what it tolerates, which is sexism, racism, xenophobia, homophobia, and blatant harassment.
