Describe how the player broke the rules: July 2nd between Midnight and 6am est. (rough hours) Thoomo was rdming all through the map. He continued to do it the whole time. Nemssii the trial mod was on and was not addressing the issue. The logs contain all the information needed to provide a conclusive action against Thoomo. He is very toxic to Xeno community.
