b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I loved being a SA i felt like i was a part of the server. i loved solving conflicts and interacting with the players.
b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? i feel as though i am very easy to get along with. real life experience in EMS has helped me with de-escalating situations.
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:
c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. Random Death Match aka killing spree or unwarranted murder, punishment depends on how sever or how many people were killed 3 kills counts as RDM and will most likely result in a 1 week ban. Random arrest or getting arrested without an in game rp cause
c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. New Life Rule. if you die during a raid you cant go back and kill the raiders. don't enter the aria until the the raid is over
c3)Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. breaking the RP, don't use information beyond your realistic knowledge, don't hide in object, misuse the fading doors... etc. essentially don't break the roleplay
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? talk to them send i private message asking them to stop if the action continues then report
d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Freeze them until I'm done with my sit, if another admin is on they can sit with the player
d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. honestly if no one else other than them is in the server and they are both ok with building in the street id let them but tell them if someone gets on they'd have to delete it
