Years ago but not recently in Gmod other games yes but not currently Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? It seems like a great community I love to play on the server so I figured I would give back. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I listen to people when needed and I try to make sure everyone has fun. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. Random Death Match and Random Arrest, RDM is killing someone with no RP and or Reason behind it, RDA is arresting someone without a reason. RDA X1 or RDM X1 should be given a warning or a Less than two minute jail multiple violations in a short period of time should be dealt with on a case to case basis c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. New Life Rule, when you die you must roleplay as a different person and should stay out of the area of where you died for a short period of time of two minutes. Killing someone because they killed you is classified as revenge RDM and breaking NLR c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Useing out of character knowledge in game such as your a hitman and read something in OOC chat saying "Hey (Insert name) meet me (insert location)" meanwhile your looking to kill one of them so you show up to the place where they said to meet that is considered metagaming Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Record it and send it to a Higher up than the abuser d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Tell the people in the current sit "I am so sorry give me one second I must take care of something" Noclip over to the RDMer freeze them and then deliver their punishment then return to the original sit and continue with it d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Tell them they may not build in the street if they are a hobo let them know they can build on the side walk as long as they are not blocking any bases if they are not a hobo let them know they cannot build in the street and if they deify the order provide a suitable punishment

Yes, I have not been staff in any server within the last year but before I was staff on Gaming Light, Randomized Gaming, and Darkline Gaming | I Currently run a FiveM server as well Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I have been playing on this server for a good bit now and I like the server and the way everything is handled so I figured I'd apply b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? Jail the person Rdming noclip to them quickly handle the situation whether its a kick, ban, or a timed jail then apologize to the people that were in the sit before and continue with it d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Explain to them that we are a Roleplay server and they cannot be doing that and ask them to remove it and if they don't punish them according to policies
