a4) What timezone are you located in?
I am currently in Romania which is Eastern European Summer Time (GMT +3) But after the 7th of August I will be in Egypt which is Eastern European Standard time (GMT +2).
a5) How many in-game warns do you have?
Before the reset I had 2 warns, 1 for FailRP from back in May (I definetly got that during my trolling days) and 1 for having a hit on a hobo just a week ago, I was new and didnt know that having a hit on a hobo was against the rules but currently I have 0 warns following the reset.
a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?
At this time, I have 4 bans on the server.
And here's my explenation... I take full responsibility for my actions, and I take responsibility for my bans and for breaking every rule that I've broken, I dont expect to be forgiven but I do expect for everyone to realize I've changed, that person with the 4 bans is not the Varrock you know, that person is a troll and a minge, and I have tried to change my appearance the whole time Ive been playing here seriously, and I hope everyone can realize Im a good person and that I am fit for the position of staff.
a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?
I do have prior staff experience, during late 2017 I was a Moderator on the server Zealous RP, there I learned all of the commands of which I remember all today, I believe my knowledge of the ulx commands, of main rules, and of sits will definetly be a + compared to other applicants with no prior staff experience.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?
I want to volunteer as a staff member for XenoRP because I believe that the strong community of this server deserves a even stronger staff team, and I believe that I will fit in that position perfectly, my experience and my good relations with almost everyone on the server has given me the courage to apply and to help out the people of this server and to punish the rule breakers.
b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?
If I was accepted and become a trial mod I would bring to the table, knowledge of ulx commands, knowledge of the rules, I would have good synergy with most/all of the staff members and be a team player. I would handle sits to the best of my ability, I will try to complete and pass my weekly quota as much as I can, and I would help out not only the players but the staff aswell with support and feedback.
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:
c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.
RDM In my experience of playing DarkRP, also known as Random Deathmatch, is the act of one person killing another with no reason, it can occur if someone has a grudge on someone else or if just someone is trolling and just wants to have a laugh at the suffering of another player. RDM is seen across the server daily and my goal is to punish those who break this rule in the following way, I bring the victim and suspect into a sit, I get each person's story and see if they check out in the logs, and I punish the perpetrator with a simple warn and a short verbal stating, if you do this again you will recieve another warn and if you continue it may lead to a ban, then I thank the person who made the ticket for their time, and return both of the players.
RDA In my experience of playing DarkRP, also known as Random Arrest, is the act of a police officer or any job relating police activity on the server arrests another player without the player having broken any law or affected the police officer job in any way. The way that the officer will be punished and prosecuted is with a short sit of me gathering both player's stories and seeing if they check out in the logs, I warn the officer for RDA and give them a short verbal saying that if they do this again it will result in another warn and that if they keep it up it may result in a ban, I thank both players for their time and then end the sit.
c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.
NLR also know as the New Life Rule is the act of a player, after death, having any knowledge of their prior life, hense the New Life part. The way that this rule could be violated is if a player returns to the sit/area of their previous death before the 120 cooldown perioid expires, resulting in the player being given either a warning or a verbal warning. This rule could be broken during a raid in which the player returns to the raid and continues without adverting over and continuing to either lockpick or assist their friend in raiding the raidees base. It can also be violated by any of the police jobs by consistently warranting the victim's base even after dying multiple times.
c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.
Metagame, is the act in which a player has knowledge from outside sources which give them an advantage over another player. Examples of this are a person knowing the keypad code to a base and using it during a raid, players calling out positions of a person being raided in OOC chat, and the position of a person kidnapped told in OOC chat so other players can come and free them.
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?
I would keep it to myself for just a bit so I can gather proof and make sure the higher up is actually abusing their powers, I message the head of staff or one of the owners and show them the proof I've collected, and reccomend either, a demotion, or a ban from the server.
d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?
I would stay in the sit and ask the users to wait one second, I take a few seconds to !jail the person mass rdming, rendering them useless, and I ask one of my fellow staff members deal with the mass rdmer until I finish my sit and then help out my fellow staff member or deal mass rdmer myself.
d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.
I would walk up to them, and just give them a simple verbal warning stating to stop it and to either become hobos and build on the sidewalk or stop completely and I would tell them if they continue this it will result in both of them being warned even though there are only 3 of us on the server. I believe this tactic is useful as it consolodates power and shows that even though there is no one on except us, that doesnt mean the rules dont apply.
