a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? I do on a Server that has recently been disabled because, the server owner shut it down i was a Senior Moderator 

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? at night time no staff are on and all hell breaks lose i want to help keep the preserve the servers status i am i night owl i stay up pretty late and

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

i am i night owl i stay up pretty late and i don't get off untill maybe  6 or 7 am Like tonight propblock and mass rdt/rda/dm

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. rdm is random death match its when a player v.s another player kill each other for no reason at all RDA is random arrest when a police/swat/juggernaut arrests you for no reason You warn Them and if they continue you ban them for 1- 2 weeks

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.  Its Is New Life Rules Your Previous life is over and you start your rp again.  

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.  metagame is when someone out of rp tells their teammate they are getting killed/kidnapped/arrested. when being kidnapped they would tell in discord/chat pm/Skype/other messaging/calling platforms

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Report their actions on the forums so other higher staff members can take care of the problems

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass Rdming. How do you handle the situation? jail the person and immediately ban for 2 weeks or more/less for mass rdm

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would ask the player to remove their props kindly

I've had good experiences with lemons on the server, he knows the rules and records which is a plus. I'm concerned his somewhat mingy behavior, A while back he was banned from the discord because he joined a lobby with his mic "unmuted" and earraped a lobby with a soundboard. he also was using a soundboard earlier when I was on, makes me think he didn't accidentally destroy a lobby.

c2 is half right, should of included the timer and you can't remember ANYTHING about your past life.

d2 I would of jailtp'd him and waited for your sit to be over to deal with him but either works I guess.

This is what made it a -1, Claims it was his brother.

Conclusion: Lemons seems like a good guy but his past actions shadow over his current actions as a player, I wouldn't accept him this current Trial-mod application period but give it a month or 2 and my opinion may change.

I met you once in game, and you literally were spamming music through your mic, and when I said your app is getting denied you played a soundboard audio through your mic. You are very immature, and I do not see you being fit for the staff team.
