He constantly broke nlr, rda, minging, and a little bit of propblocking for literal hours constantly arresting me and my friend for hours 

For context at one point I was trying to hand cuff him so my friend could actually leave spawn also sorry for the bad quality the files wouldve been to big otherwise

Hi Fish! Thank you for your report. As the server is currently having an issue with it's host, I cannot immediately handle this staff report, but (along with the others) I will handle them in-game as soon as the server is back online. Ben Bonner will be warned twice for RDA. May I ask who the mayor was? I can see the Jail is prop blocked, and I can also handle that if you wish.
I've also talked to him about stuff like this before, so he very well knows what he is doing.

I don't remember to much who was the mayor, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't even the mayor but some random dude probably another cop
