Although the kills do seem a little suspicious, you can tell by when you looked back at him that he was just shooting to mass RDM and not to cheat, as you can see him missing several shots afterward, and you can hear him missing many shots right when he killed the initial 4 people. As of now, the player has already been banned for Mass RDM, and thus has already been dealt with. Have a great day!
