It has been a while, I do forget, but I believe it was for RDM/MRDM and NLR/MNLR. a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I do not, but I would love to gain some! b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I have been playing on the server for a good couple years now, and it is really the only server that I find myself being able to enjoy. I have also made loads of friends on the server, as well as have had a lot of great experiences. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I would be a good moderator because I am a great people person, I am always able to figure situations out, and I am always able to come to a conclusion in very rough situations. I am also a very likeable person, I would make people feel comfortable, welcomed, and feel like they have a good place in the community. c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM (Random Deathmatch) and RDA (Random Arrest) are both equally as annoying, you are set back to square one whenever both of these happen. RDM/RDA first count should be a warning, and if it continues happening with no intention to stop, is when they should be banned for the appropriate amount of time. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR (New Life Rule), is where, for example, if a player is being raided, and that player dies by the raider, they should not go back to the place that is being raided for any reason whatsoever until that raid is finished. As it says in the name, after being killed, you have a "new life," basically meaning that you restart your RP back to square one, forgetting everything that happened in your past life. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is where, for example, if you overhear someone talking about how they have money printers in their base, which is illegal by the default "Laws of the Land," and you are a cop, you are not allowed for any reason to pursue making a warrant, raiding, and taking down those printers unless you for without a doubt see those printers with your own eyes. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I record/clip the situation, and submit it to the proper authority. (I have never been in/seen this situation before so I have no clue as to what I could do to stop the said higher up.) d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I take a moment to pause the sit, jail the said Mass RDMer, and continue with my sit. Once my sit is done, then I go confront the mass RDMer and deal with them appropriately. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.
