This player has been dealt with, I had joined the server at around 9:15 1/15/2020. Rockso the player in question was on the server at the time RDAing along with two other players. They had prop blocked spawn off completely and were arresting every player. Rockso and another cop were banned for 2 weeks, while the other cop who was RDAing and prop blocked spawn has been submitted for being banned permanently.
