JohnnyToast breaks nlr

Describe how the player broke the rules:

• JohnnyToast grappled me so i killed him as grappling another player is a form of attack. 
  • Under 'Job Rules/Batman' it states: 'Batman may only grapple other players to stop them from breaking the law.' I was a swat officer and was standing still minding my own business. I did not do anything warranting Johnny to grapple me. 
• JohnnyToast then takes it upon himself to return to the place that I just killed him at, thus breaking nlr. 

I made a ticket for nlr which EpicMonkeyBaby took. JohnnyToast lied to Epic and said that he was just "passing through" to which Epic claimed that there was nothing that he could do to punish the player because it doesn't show where Johnny was. Epic then returned the both of us, which resulted in us both being on the same rooftop that I had just killed JohnnyToast on. I then created another ticket to tell Epic that I had proof he was breaking nlr, but my ticket never went anywhere. I understand that he might have been busy and couldn't take my ticket so i figured I would come to the forums to resolve the issue. Please see videos and screenshots below to back my claims.

Yeah, sorry about not seeing that second ticket, I think I went AFK for a few minutes after the sit.

Now I can see that Johnny Toast broke NLR, and he will be warned in game.

I figured you were busy and it would've been hard to basically restart the sit so i figured this was the best route to take to fix the problem. I appreciate your help Epic!
