Remove a MOTD Rule

It's not really a big issue or anything since the command to demote has been removed, just asking to remove one of the rules to mayor,
"The mayor can be demoted for RP reasons. If the mayor is not acting in the peoples best interest he can be demoted."

Also if you can clarify the "The Mayor may only Party with Civil Protectors." because the CPs are automatically placed into a party however its unjoinable for the mayor, am I suppose to be automatically place in the party too once im a mayor? Or am I just unable to party with anyone?
