Your In-Game (RP) Name: Yatty Which staff member are you reporting: Spoopy Alison Garry's Mod 2020-10-06 21-38-14.mp4 Please describe the staff member's unjust behavior: I got put in a sit after putting in a ticket for someone RDMing me and Breaking NLR repeatedly. After showing every single rule to this admin to show him how he RDMed me and broke NLR the other person in the sit (the guy I reported) said I was breaking the rules by placing a box next to the person I was guarding and standing on it to defend him. This is while we were running a game to boost morale for the server. I put in a lot of hours into this server so stuff is bound to happen. I do my best to follow every single rule. But after being RDMed more than once by someone not taking my 123 advert warns who was breaking NLR it feels unjust that because I spawned a box to stand "prop mingeing" on we get the same punishment. Please provide any available evidence to back your claims:

So from my time being in the guild i have gathered we only have 1 server online. I am making this topic to see if we can get some votes together and form a team maybe a couple members a mod or two and an admin/owner to get another server online I have the funds to back it but I just need support from you guys maybe like a XENO TTT or a XENO Ark survival. Feel free to take this down if this is against rules but if not, feel free to volunteer and even reply some ideas. Maybe we can get a owner and/or an admin on board!!!

Its so crazy when you call a mod out for doing something wrong they go out of there way to leave negative things on your mod app. Look I applied for a mod app because time and time again people in power get bored and they need something to do. So they use there power that was actually earned doing good things and they do terrible things with it. I do enjoy this server and TMOD is something I want badly but im not gonna let people in power abuse a gift they were granted! hope all reading have a great day and thanks for making it this far!

Fx one of his friends was shooting at me from a roof i shot back and he sat me told me i was in the wrong. I Broke NLR to kill someone who RDMed me. I should have called an admin but i did not want the person to take all my printers. I left the server after collecting my money because i had to get off for the night. I understand it sounds bad but I promise I am working to become a mod and I wouldn't go out of my way to break rules. After work, I like to play GMOD i'm just trying to get a nice fit in to a community, also I hope through becoming a mod I can connect with admins and server owners because I've always wanted to learn how to make my own servers. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I'm in the Army so I know a lot about how to deal with people I think when I sit people, after an RDM or anything on those lines I can get a truth out of them and maybe even connect with them. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. Random death match- It's when said person kills someone without advert or a cause to do so, I understand lines do get blurred but with my time and knowledge I believe I can get to the root of them. Random Arrest is when you got rouge cops just running around arresting people that are not breaking the law or rules and just want to be D bags. Players should be given a sit to explain each side and whoever is guilty gets warned. Depending on how many warns they have they can get a temp/perma ban. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. New life rule- This means every time you die you basically get a new life so if you were getting raided, mugged, arrested, etc and/or vise versa you got to get over it until your NLR expires. For example person A gets his base raided and during the raid he gets killed now he comes back and attempts to kill the raiders. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. its when you use an alt account or a buddy to work through your own eyes. For Example Person a kills Person B and no one saw it so Person b tells his friend or uses an Alt account that is police and makes a warrant for his arrest even though there is no in game proof. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would first talk to him "bro you cant be doing that shit its no aloud and i know you know that" if it persists i would then contact whoever is above him and fill them in on the situation. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would finish my sit and give the person im in the sit my 100 percent once it is concluded i would then sit the person who is Mass RDMing. During the Sit i would say have you read the rules they are probaly gonna say "nah i didnt know" or jus get quite and leave. Then i would say im gonna warn you if it happens again you getting a Temp ban. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Hey da rules are da rules. I would sit them and say delete that shit in 2 minutes or your getting warned. If it persists they get a warn and i will watch them delete it if they don't they get a sick temp ban.
