Yep, im familiar with ULX Questions Why do you want to staff for VibeRp I like the owners and i like staffing gmod What do you have to offer as a staff member if you were to be accepted I have staffing experience and i know the rules Please explain the following questions with at least one example; Explain RDM/Revenge RDM: Randomly killing another player/ killing another player after killing you Explain an instance of RDA: cop arresting a dude for no real reason Explain LTAP: leaving from a sit or after breaking the rules to avoid punishment Explain NLR: New life rule, not returning to where you died or remembering your life before death Explain and give an instance of MetaGame. Walking by a meth base hearing that bubbly and calling a warrant If someone has a Space in their name how would you go about bringing them? ULX menu or don't type the space There are 2 players online excluding you building in the street how would you approach the situation. Let them know they cant and ask them to move then if they don't warn/jail/kick/ban You see a higher up abusing there powers and banning people for no reason, what do you do? Record proof and submit to owners/ admins
  2. Thanks for applying! I have had a few interactions with you in-game and they have all been pleasant you have a good understanding of the rules and are helpful to other players I would like to see you on the team! +1
  3. PROS: Mod app looks really good good answers to all questions lots of staffing experience, although not on gmod CONS: I haven't seen you much(could be the timezone) c2, NLR timer is 2 minutes or until the end of a raid, not a big deal but that second part is important to know Overall Pretty Good +1 Thanks for the Essay!!!
  4. Apparently this was the wrong person. I appologize
  5. The owners are pretty good at dealing with ban appeals in a timely manner so I'm sure they have viewed it and may not have just decided to appeal you. It has not just been ignored.
  6. a1) What is your in-game (RP) name? DeAndre Sessoms a2) Provide a link to your Steam profile. https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198201501031/ a3) What is your Discord Tag? (ie: SomeUser#1234) Shmourge#3926 a4) What timezone are you located in? Pacific a5) How many in-game warns do you have? 2 a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? Once, a year ago and i don't remember why, thats old me ;) a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? no Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I really enjoy playing on this server and I want to do everything I can to keep the community good. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I think my good understanding of the rules and good judgement would make me a good fit. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is when players kill one another for no reason related to roleplay and RDA is the same but with arresting, violation of the servers RDM and RDA rules will result in a warn, continuation of poor behavior will lead to an escalation of punishment such as jails and bans. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR, or new life rule, is when you don’t remember the events of your previous life for 2 minutes after death or until a raid is done. A violation would be getting killed during a raid and returning to your base where you died. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is using outside knowledge to help you in game. One way this could be violated is by calling a warrant on a base because you can hear money printers inside. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would first ask them to stop and threaten to report them, then if it continues, I would record the abuse and post it on the forums and bring it to the attention of an admin or owner. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would excuse myself from the sit, jail the Mass RDMer and ban them appropriately. Then I would return to my original sit. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would tell them to stop, and if they do not I would warn them, if they continued theory would be jailed or banned for 5 days.

  8. Well donators have access to adv dupe and thats a nice feature because it keeps random players who dont take the game seriously from joining and minge/spamming the dupe

I really enjoy playing on the server and i want to help keep it a fun and pleasant playing experience for everyone b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I think my lax attitude and my good judgement of people and trying to have fun Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is when players kill eachother or try to kill others and RDA is randomly arresting people for absolutely no reason related to roleplay and they should be given a chance to play the game right and continuation of poor behavior will lead to an escalation of punishment such as warns and eventually jails and bans. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is when you die you do not remember your previous life and cant roleplay as if you are continuing your previous life. A violation of NLR may include when you are killed by another player and return back to kill them. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is using an outside source to help you in game. One way this could be violated is by calling a warrant on a base because you can hear money printers inside. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would tell them to stop, and record the incident and send it to an admin or owner. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would jail the Mass RDMer and then if it continues, ban them for 2 weeks. I would then return to my other sit. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would ask them to stop, and if they didn't, I would remove their props and threaten to warn them. If they continued, I would warn them.
