I think that this is actually a good idea. I feel like it could replace mugging and would actually be more fun. I think there would need to be a timer of some sorts to keep someone from just running up and doing it randomly over and over. +1

Other than that I have no other experience. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I spend majority of my time when not at work playing Gmod and most of that time is spent on Xeno. Whenever I am online I try my best to be a good influence and super friendly towards others whether i'm a hobo or part of a megabase. Whenever I come across somebody who is new to the server I try to help them with some of the basics like base building, making meth, or using money clickers as opposed to getting mad and reporting them for breaking a rule they did not know about. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I spend alot of my time when playing Garrys Mod on XenoRP because I love the community and I want to be able to give back what I can and help keep the server a good place. I feel like I can help out the server during times where it is full and there is a large group of people or whenever it is 3 or 4 am (CST) and there are not many people on and I am online. I am not afraid to admin when I am wrong and know that I do not know everything and will sometimes need help from another Mod/Admin to help with a ticket. I also feel like I know alot about the specifics of the server such as terror not being allowed which would help me with some of those funky situations. I am the kind of person that does not get upset or angry easily so I can stay calm in situations where players are being extremely rude or mean to other players. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is whenever someone kills another player for no reason or a reason that is not a genuine rp reason (such as he called me fat or he looks funny, or I just felt like it). RDA is whenever a police officer abuses their power by arresting people for no reason or for a reason that is not rp-related(same as RDM). RDA and RDM is the rule that I see broken most often. The punishment should be a warn unless they keep doing it. Repeatedly RDMing or RDAing should result in a 2-week ban but if it is in a sit then the punishment is a 5 day ban. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is New Life Rule. NLR is whenever you get killed in a raid or from a mugging or any reason you have to forget everything about your past life. So if you got killed when someone raided you then you cant go back and defend the base again, you have to wait for the raiders to finish raiding to go back to your base which also applies to CP in a PD-Raid. If you were killed in the streets you cannot go back to that location for 2 minutes though. If you died raiding the pd or defending the PD you cannot go back and attack/defend again because that would be breaking NLR. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Megagaming is whenever you use info you shouldn’t have to influence a RP decision. For example if you drive your car past a building and use the 3rd person camera to view past the props in the base and raid because you saw nobody was in there or saw printers that would be metagaming. If you were in a discord VC and overheard someone say they were doing something and decide to raid their base because you know nobody is there, that is also metagaming. If you are killed during a raid and don’t respawn to feed info to someone else that is also metagaming. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I record all of my gameplay and save it to a hard drive so I would upload the footage of the incident to the Admins or if it was an admin to the Owners along with a explanation of what is going on. If it was another T-Mod or Mod I would simply send the footage and explanation to a Senior Mod or to an Admin if I feel they wont do anything about it. Exactly like what I did with the ToastyShrimp thing. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would put the current sit I am in on hold and bring and jail the Mass RDMer. After bringing them ban them for 2 weeks (MRDM). After that finish the sit I was originally in. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would tell them that even though nobody is online except us they need to delete the props or become a hobo and move the props to the sidewalk and make sure they dont block the street or doors. If they become hobo and they move the props and they dont block anything or break any rules then I will let them go but if they don't change jobs and/or move the props I would have to warn them and delete the props myself.
