I was transfering his bit coin miners outside of his base (Across the street from mine) All the while, he was claiming he liked my base, and he would keep it. It seemed he set up shop there. Once I left his base, he proceeded to gun me down from my own base, and immediately re enter his base taking his valuables with him. I think it is important to take notice, I did not enter my base, show any interest in doing so, advert a counter, or even draw a weapon. He also had 4 fading doors, and a keypad placed on the sidewalk of his base. Extra: Not sure if these are breaking the rules or not, but the player proceeded to buy out buildings near him, and I do have evidence of him owning two bases simultaneously. Also he switched jobs to terrorist and adverted "Terror" and blew up my car... I have evidence of both of these if they are against the rules as well.
