Practically nobody buys from gun dealers since self supply is allowed, and I think it should be disallowed as to give gun dealers more customers and make them an actual viable class

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I would like to volunteer for XenoRP because I would like to make sure everyone is having a good time on the server and not ruining it for others. I personally enjoy helping out others and is the main reason I want to volunteer, not to mention I would like to represent the server in a good light. Also, I want to be a part of the amazing staff team that has been very kind and understanding towards me and the rest of the server. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? If I were to get accepted, what would make me a good moderator is that I am very patient with people and I don’t get insulted by random insults that many moderators have to face. In addition, I have some experience testing out the basic commands that mods need to know on my own server using the admin addon that Xeno uses. I am also proficient at reasoning with people and keeping a calm mentality. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is a term which means Random Deathmatch in which a player kills another user for no valid reason or no reason at all. RDA is a term which means Random Arrest in which a player kills another user for no valid reason or no reason at all. People who perform either RDM or RDA will be given a warning if proven guilty / isn’t an accident / has had previous RDA or RDM warnings in the same day. If none of these I would just give them a verbal warning c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is a term which means New Life Rule. New Life Rule is a rule which states that a user may not return to their place of death for 120 seconds after their death / cannot return to the base or the pd until the raid is over. It also states that a player may not remember anything from their past life. Instances in which NLR is violated is: A person’s base is being raided and they get killed during the raid, come back, and kill the people in the raid A person remembers what happened their past life and kills the person who killed them during a mugging Person comes back to their death site before the 120 seconds is up c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is a term that means that a player cannot know anything or outside of their physical RP knowledge. Instances in which Metagame occur: A police warrants a base for only hearing printers / meth because they physically would not know that it’s meth / printers A player is hiding inside a vehicle to avoid combat in which you cannot do in real life A police officer arrests a hitman for seeing that they have a hit Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? If I were to see a higher up abusing their powers to the highest degree I would notify an admin / senior admin as fast as possible and start recording as much of it as I can. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? During a sit, I see someone outside mass RDMing, I would put the sit on hold while I jail the RDMer and ban them for 1 week and notify a higher up to extend it to two weeks, and then continue the sit. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. If two other players are online and building on the streets, I would tell them that they can’t do that, but tell them that they can just become hobos and build on the sidewalk as to not break any rules.

No a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? rules Yes, I have had prior staffing experience regarding Discord, while I am not sure if this does count, I own my own Discord server. I have had to punish a couple of people there so far for not following the rules of my Discord server. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want to volunteer for XenoRP because I want other players to have a good experience as I know myself how roleplay ruining and how unfun having a rule broken against you is. Also, at times when staff are offline for the night, the server turns into slight chaos, which ruins the experience for many on the server trying to rp and I want to fix that. In addition, I have had a lot of fun on the servers when I've had free-time to play, not only how friendly the staff team and I want to be one as well. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? If I were to be accepted, I could spend tons of my time to take tickets and to moderate as I enjoy doing things like that. In addition to that, I would find myself very analytical which is a very helpful skill in when analyzing scenarios that may be unclear. Also as I have mentioned earlier, I could take over while other staff are offline or otherwise would like to RP as I have much free-time to moderate. I would view myself as laid back and I could get along with many of the players, which would let them listen to my advice more as they respect me. A random deathmatch is an action where a player kills a fellow player with no reason or advert. If a player RDM's, they will be directly put into a sit in which I would ask them on why they performed such action / explanation, and if it is up to debate and they haven't had any recent warns, they will just get a verbal, but if it is obvious that it was on purpose / have had recent warns, they will receive another warn for RDM. RDA is an acronym for "random arrest." A random arrest is an action where a member of the Civil Protection category arrests another player for an unknown reason. In a scenario in which a player RDA's, they will be taken to a sit in which where they will be questioned on why said person has been arrested, and if found guilty, they will receive a warn for RDA, but if it is up to debate or they did not know / no recent warns, they will just receive a verbal warning. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR or New Life Rule is a rule that states that if a person dies in a raid, they may not return back to their base until the raid is over, and a person may not return to their death area 120 seconds after respawning. If I were to see a higher up abusing their powers to the highest severity, I would contact the owners asap or a senior moderator if neither owner are on, and at the same time I would record some footage of the abusing and send it to the owners. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? If I was in the middle of a sit and someone started Mass RDMing, I would jail the rdmer and tell the person who is in my current sit to hold on a second as I will deal with the mass rdmer and then continue with the sit I was dealing with. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. If there are only two other players online and they're building on the streets, I would tell them that it is against the rules and tell them to make sure they get rid of it if anyone else joins the server, as there are only 2 players online and they are okay with it. Sidenote: I am 15, but I am a bit of a late bloomer, which makes my voice sound a bit higher pitch. Thanks and I will appreciate any criticism given to me. And to address my recent warn for RDM before anyone mentions, I believe that it yes, was on my fault. I had called a moderator for someone who had went into the driver seat of my car, in which the moderator told them to step out of their car, and promptly after that, I killed the person for stealing my property, in which I was in the wrong. This was a minor slip up and I hope this does not affect my application process.

No, I have not been banned. a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yes, I have had previous staffing experience before. I was a staff member on a Gmod Murder server that I cannot recall the name of. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I would like to volunteer for XenoRp because this server has brought me so much joy whenever I was bored, and I love how friendly the staff are and I want to be just like them. In addition, I want to make sure everyone has a great time just like I have playing on this wonderful server. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I'm extremely patient with people who are angry and putting up a fuss, which is very important to understanding what they need, because I understand their frustration when someone is breaking a rule against them, it just ruins the fun. Also, I am decent at managing my tasks and time to stay productive. RDM a.k.a Random Deathmatch is a term to define when someone kills another person for no reason whatsoever. Whenever this situation occurs the person who has committed RDM will be brought to a sit, and will be warned if proven guilty. If it seems that they are new, I will give them a verbal warning, but if I have suspicion, I will ask the person who called the sit if they would like to have them warned or not. RDA a.k.a Random Arrest is a term to define when a Civil Protection member ( Juggernauts, Police Chiefs, etc...) arrests another person for no reason whatsoever. Whenever this situation occurs the person who has committed RDA will be brought to a sit, and will be warned if proven guilty. If it seems that they are new, I will give them a verbal warning, but if I have suspicion, I will ask the person who called the sit if they would like to have them warned or not. For example, if Person A insults Person B, and person B kills Person A that is considered RDM. An example of RDA is if someone has an illegal weapon on them but there is no mayor ( meaning there is no laws against guns ) and they arrest them anyways. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR a.k.a New Life Rule is a term that defines if you die through a raid or someone killing you in self defense, or in any other way you die, you have to wait around 2 minutes to come back to that general area. In addition, you are not allowed to interact with the people who killed you until the 2 minutes are up. If it is a raid and owner of the base dies inside, they have to wait until the people who started the raid is finished, and they cannot interact with them for 2 minutes like stated previously. Some examples of where NLR would be broken / violated would be if Person A kills Person B and Person B comes back to kill Person A after they respawn even though they should not interact for the duration of 2 minutes, that would be considered breaking NLR, or Revenge RDM. Another example of this would be if a base owner's base is being raided and they were killed inside, if they come back and destroy all their entities / kill the people inside that would be breaking NLR as well. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is a term that defines where a person uses a third party program / outside program to discuss RP information that they wouldn't have known otherwise. Some examples of it's occurrence is if two people are raiding a base and are in a discord call, the first person dies and can look through the walls of the base and tell the other person where the person inside the base they're raiding is. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I immediately get my recording software up and running to get as much evidence as possible. I stay on the outskirts of the map to make sure they don't know I'm getting proof, and once they stop abusing their powers / leave, I post it on the forums / get a higher up immediately, or if another mod joins I will tell them as well. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? If I witness a person on the outside of the sit Mass RDMing, I will pause the sit to call over another mod to deal with the situation, if they're all busy / not online, I will jail the person and deal with them as soon as possible. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I will kindly ask them to switch their class to hobo and keep their stuff on the sidewalk, and I will be a bit more lenient considering the little amount of players on. If they are intentionally ignoring me, I will threaten a warn if they do it again. If it escalates ( ignoring / prop block ) it will lead to a kick then a ban.
