b1) I would like to volunteer because I love this server and I do not like how people break rules so I want to help you maintain a good server.
b2) I am very understanding if there is a misunderstanding of somekind and I am very friendly towards other players/staff members.
c1) RDM is Random Deathmatch, and RDA is Random Arrest, and I think both of them should result in a warn.
c2) NLR is New Life Rule and an example is if someone kills you during a raid or something, you cant go back to the area where you died for a set amount of time or get revenge for raiding, mugging, etc.
c3) Metagaming is transferring RP data to non-roleplay data, Example: You are Swat and someone mugs someone else, you wait for it to appear in the chat so you can make the mugger wanted.
