There has been many times where a player was dragged away by you and put in a jail while you were in a sit, his job was a batman and he had full power to grapple to the rooftops and sit up there, we did not disrupt any sits or disrupt any rp but I don't think putting players in a big box and jailing them for fun is the right thing you should be doing as a T-Mod and I think you should refrain from it. On the other hand I was a hobo and I have the right to build on the sidewalk as long as its not over the road, therefore I can only build up from that location I was building which happened to be under the sit area you were in, never did I build up into the sit area, I was dragged up by the batman's grapple gun which I had no control over. I only asked for the warn to be removed since i felt it was unnecessary since I couldn't really control that batman's grapple gun since he brought me up.

I know the rules and I know what is accepted and what is not. Hey Jek, im sorry you feel this way but i was flying around with my tip jar and i was playing with other staff and I was just asking for some money I know that this isnt what i should've been doing while on duty and I dearly apologize for my behavior. Also my comment at the end of the clip was totally disrespectful and uncalled for out of me and I can assure you i meant no harm out of it. Yes I do, I had my own server not to long ago and helped run it, my server had a average pop of 10 players and it was a lot of fun to make a community of people. I ran the server for 3-4 years before I sadly had to schedule a shut down. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I really enjoy playing on XenoRP with friends and I want the server to be a nice and friendly place for new players. I've seen the server get out of hand and there was no staff on at the time and if i was a staff i would step into what was going on and stop the situation before it could get any worse. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I am good under pressure, really unbiased and my past server owner experience would be good during admin sits. RDM stands for Random Death Match and is when someone is killed for no RP reason and RDA is Random Arrest, this is when cops randomly taze a player for no reason. Players who RDM and RDA should be warned. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR stands for New Life Rule, it means when you die all past RP must be ignored. An example is when a raider kill you in your base and you respawn then come back and kill him. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is when a player uses past knowledge to gain an unfair advantage upon another player. An example is when a player knows someones base codes from playing with them in the past and they use that knowledge to their advantage by opening every door instead of keypad cracking or lock picking. Tell another admin, and get video evidence until a higher up deals with the situation. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Freeze the player and jail him, then ask him why he was he Mass RDMing and if he dosent have a reason ban him for 2 weeks. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Ask the players to delete their props, explain the rules to them, then tell them that if they want to build in the streets to hit F4 and change their job for a hobo or hobo king.
