No, sure havent a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I do. There are multiple servers i have staffed on including owning my own server and helping out with friends servers. My most recent staffing experience was actually on Xeno:D I loved every minute of staffing. So glad to have a chance to be back again. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? Well i want to apply again because i miss the interactions. Being able to meet a lot of cool people, meet new staff members and make new friends. Also i really enjoy being able to help people out. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? Well i always make sure i do my best each time i go to assist a player. I go at it the best of my abilities and make sure that if i dont know how to address the situation i get a little bit of assistance from other staff members. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM: Random Death Match. This is where one player kills another player for no reason at all. Nothing provoked them or anything. just wanted to. RDA Is in a way the same as RDM except no killing is involved. Just arresting a player for no reason. Again, nothing provoked them. They just felt like doing it for no reason. For RDM and RDA normally i like to just start out with a verbal warning. Happens again, add an actual warning on to it. If it continues to happen then i will ban them for a small amount of time. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR: New Life Rule. Basically this is where once you die, you start a whole new life. You remember nothing of your past life. Ex: When a player is being raided and gets killed, they decide to go back to kill the player that is raiding. This is no bueno. Once you die, that it until the raid is over and then you can go back to your base. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is where you use outside knowledge to do something in game. Im having a hard time explaining but heres an example: Someone text is OOC chat and says that Moo has printers in her base, someone should go raid her. Then a message comes back in OOC chat that says "Bet" 5 mins later shes being raided and her stuff is gone. Pretty much what Metagame is. Sorry moo Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would get a video recording of the higher up abusing their powers, then i would confront them and talk to them about it. Meanwhile i would also send the video clip to someone higher than them so it can be reviewed and a punishment can take place. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would jail them, continue my current sit until its over then deal with them. If they leave while im in the middle of my sit, i would get their steam ID and ban them. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would ask them to stop. Rules are rules and no matter how many people are on, i still have to enforce the rules of the server. I Just wanna say, i have missed yall a lot XD it makes me so happy to be able to hop back on here and do something i enjoy so much. I have been away for a while due to work and other reasons. IM better now and im working my butt off making good money. I will mostly only be able to be on during the nights for a short time. So like 7pm EST to like 11 or 12. I get up normally about 7 AM and leave work about 5 or 6 PM. But other than that im more than happy to be on and playing. Missed all of yall alot, cant wait to be back to staffing with you all again.

Has been banned gonna have to work on those ban times, but that will come later if you get accepted Conclusion: Im struggling right now with being able to say you understand the server rules but yet you have a lot of warns and have been banned for exceeding the warn limit. I have seen you on but never really spoke to you before so for the time being until i see more staff comment and i can talk to more staff, im gonna leave you with a neutral.

Pros: Seems like a legit application! Understands the server rules decently Has pretty good common sense on how to handle situations Prior staffing experience. Cons: The one warn (not a huge issue however) Seems like you might get pretty mad pretty quickly, so id advise doing your best to keep a calm head on ya when in a sit or whatever. Conclusion: I feel like you could be a great addition to the staff team. Just do your best to be calm and collected during your sits. Pros: Prior staff experience No warns No bans Cons: its says to define C1 and C2, did not define either one. The app seems like its been rushed and you didn't really take the time to give any detail. Conclusion: You seem like an alright guy and seem like someone we wouldn't mind having on the staff team but you didn't take the time to complete your application or fully answer the questions and give us enough detail so we know whether or not you know your stuff. Id say go back through and make a better application. As of right now im giving you a -1. But if you can go through, give more detail, ill change to a +1. Edit: So you have fixed it, it looks a lot better. Still some things to be fixed but those are things that you can fix, you can fix them as a T-Mod. So im gonna give you a +1. Pros: okay understanding of server rules seems like an okay guy Cons: cant be bothered to even look to see how many warns a good amount of bans C3 is a total wreck and you didnt even go back to fix it or anything App seems really rushed. Very true. But i mean i just see it as being a cooler and more realistic RP experience to be able to watch batman and the joker dukin it out in the streets lol

So seeing the post that Cody made about multiple batman partying together made me think about something. And this may already be a think, i just dont pay attention to the donator jobs because im not a donator lol but what about allowing only one player at a time being batman. But we add like other super heroes like spiderman, superman, iron man, etc and they can all party together to fight crime and stuff like that. Not sure if the owners would be up to the task for adding more jobs but just thought i could bring it up. And hell while were at it, why not add in villains that can help out thieves and other crime jobs if the police are chasing them. I think this would be an amazing thing to add in.

First off id like to say that i love this idea. Honestly about the people reselling, we should make it a rule in the MOTD that reselling bases not made by you is a bannable offence. Im not sure exactly how long the ban would be but i think its reasonable. Maybe we can implement a way to kinda watermark the bases when built and when it is put into another players advanced duplicator it shows something to prove who the original owner of that dupe was. This way someone cant turn around when caught reselling and saying that he made the base himself. Plus there would be evidence on the discord by the player that made it.

You seem like a great guy, you know the server rules and you are active cause i see you on alot. However i dont know you well at all and seeing that you have been banned recently, im not so sure on whether or not i want you on the team. yes and no. Because then whats the point of having a bank? A place where you can store your arsenal. Now while i do agree with the fact that gun dealers are so under used for their intended purpose, adding a shelf life could be a good and bad thing. Me i like to make a crap ton of money. Spend most of it on guns and then the rest i normally just give to people. However adding a shelf life would be a good idea but then people are gonna start getting mad about there hard earned guns just disappearing. I feel like honestly there should be a harsher penalty when it comes to switching to self supply and switching back. Maybe Mods could start paying attention better to that and punishing people who change just to self supply. However if that isnt going to happen, then yes i can agree to make that a thing. Me personally i would rather have Mods be on the look out for it first before adding a life to your guns. But then again, it would actually bring down the amount of money people have if they are having to repurchase weapons every so often. So im still neutral on this subject but im honestly leaning pretty heavy towards making shelf life a thing!

This is true, thats why im still gonna stand behind that we make a new rule that PD can no longer just search people randomly no matter the laws made my the mayor. There has to be a probable cause behind searching them like seeing them with the gun, them walking out of a gun store, etc.

I dont understand what the big deal with it is, all you need to do is get a permit and then you dont have to worry about if they weapon check your or not. They are really cheap. I mean its not that big of a deal dude. Also the idea of having a cooldown on the weapon SWEP is kinda dumb but also kinda smart honestly. It kinda takes a way from the realism but yes i agree that there should be either a rule or a cooldown or something that way they cant just go around doing it to everyone to be arresting people with a cause. Maybe a rule to where in order to weapon check, you have to have probable cause just like in real life. Real police officers cant do a cavity search without probable cause. So i agree and disagree to this. Main focuses are its a dumb idea just cause you can get a weapon permit and not have to worry about it. BUT, it does seem pretty lenient to the fact that they can search you at any point. CONCLUSION I say we set a rule that PD can only weapon check you if they have probable cause like if they see a gun, or see a player come out of a gun store, etc.

Nope a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I do. I used to be SuperAdmin back on a server a couple of years ago called AtonGaming. i was staff for maybe a year and a half? I have also been Admin on multiple other servers, i dont remember all of them but one was TylersDarkRP. Not only have i staffed multiple servers, ive even owned my own server. Sadly due to financial reasons, it never got real big. But i had multiple people tell me if i could have kept it up financially, it would have been a great server. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? Well i see a lot of things i wanna help fix. I can be on a lot until i start working again and then we will see how i can flex my schedule but even when i start working again, i will be able to get on. But i see a lot of times where people need a staff member and there are no staff on duty. If im being honest i love to take calls, so more than likely im gonna be staff on duty almost all the time. But i see a lot of the time there are a lot of people on and almost no staff on duty. I want to change that. I want to help take as many calls as i can so the staff that enjoy RP'ing more than other staff members can do that and not have to worry so much about taking calls. Honestly in general, i just love helping people out as much as i possibly can. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? Well like i was saying i tend to enjoy being a Staff on Duty more than RP'ing. so i feel like with that being said i think thats one reason why i think i would be a good moderator. Other reasons is that i have pretty good people skills, im pretty good at listening to the way that people talk and/or say things and figuring out which one is lying. Ive always been really good at telling how people are just by listening to them or seeing them. Also i have a pretty good understanding of the rules and ULX. I might have to touch up on ULX some because it has been a while since ive played GMOD. The rules part, each day when i get on i read the MOTD for a couple of minutes just so i can remember the rules a little bit better. Thats the way ive always ran things. RDA: Being completely honest i dont remember the actual name for it XD HOWEVER! RDA is when you randomly arrest someone with no reasoning behind the arrest. 1st offence would be a warn and unjail the person that was jailed. 2nd another warn along with a jail time for the RDA'er. 3rd time would result in a ban. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR: New Life Rule. New Life Rule is where you come back to the spot of your death within 120 seconds after being killed. Some instances would be say someone is getting raided. Well they get upset that they lost and dont want to lose their printers, bitminers, etc. So they run back to base to try and stop them. This is breaking NLR. At any point that you come back to the spot of your death within that 120 seconds is breaking NLR. But its only honestly a big deal if you come back with the intent to stop who killed you or whomever may be raiding your base. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is using info you have gained from outside your in game knowledge. For example, say a Thief and a Police officer are in game together and also in a party chat. The thief friends a player, goes inside his base, sees if the guy has illegals and then tells the friend that is a police officer. How do you handle the situation? Depends on the type of sit im in. If its for someone that accidentally RDM'ed or something like that, i would just tell them to hang one a sec and then go down and ban the person Mass RDM'ing. However if im in sit where something might happen if i leave the two alone, i will jail both until i have dealt with the guy Mass RDM'ing and then come back to finish the sit for both situations. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would still ask them nicely not to build in the streets. if it keeps happening then i will warn them or do whatever i need to. You NEVER want to allow a few people to do whatever they want. 1. it leaves a terrible impression on the server for new players when they join. 2.the players building will tell their friends about it and then they will get on and then all hell will break loose. Never a good idea to let anyone break the rules just because they are the only other players on the server. I also want to add that i realize im pretty new and not everyone will know me. Im doing my best to try and talk to each staff member separately so i can get to know them. i just felt like i should go ahead and put this in giving the situation regarding the lack of staff going on duty. Not saying that the staff on the server are lazy or bad or anything. its just i felt like i could make it to where other staff can continue to RP and i will take the sits.
