Pros: None Cons: I haven't seen you on, App is filled with grammatical issues, had bad experiences with you What to fix: c2: You forgot to mention that you aren't allowed to return to a raid/Pd Raid until the raid is called over d1: You wouldn't post it to YouTube or go to the forums, you would bring it directly to the someone higher then said abuser Conclusion: The app is plagued with the same issues as the other one, where many words are misused and/or misspelled. From what I can deduce from your mod app, you seem to be someone possibly under-aged and someone who isn't currently versed in basic understanding of sentence structure or spelling. This App gets a large -1 from me due to all the issues stated before. Pros: Staffing experience, Active, Great app with little error Cons: Please refrain from asking staff to look at apps, it’s good to know you’re eager but just be patient What to fix: c1:With RDM it’s just a simple warn for RDM while Mass RDM is 2 weeks unless your a tmod which then it’s for a week and then you put in a ban request. c1 cont: RDA is also just a simple warning while Mass RDA is 2 weeks unless you’re a tmod in which you ban for 1 week and make a ban request c2: NLR also means a player cannot return to his or her death area for 120 seconds and once you die in any type of raid you may not return til said raid is over c3: You didn’t define what Metagaming is d3: also tell them if they want to build in public to just be a hobo and build on the sidewalk. If they continually ignore what you tell them warn them until they’re either kicked or banned and after being kicked they join back and continue to minge and not listen ban the offenders Conclusion: From my experiences with you in game and your app, you seem to be someone who would be great on the staff team. It’s gonna be a Neutral: Heavily Leaning +1, once I see the errors in your app fixed I’d be happy to make it a plus one.

I'm also use to the systems used to deal with banning, warning, etc. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM or Random Death-match is when a player kills another player without having a valid reason to do so. An example would be "Bob" walking up to "Staple" and just proceeding to gun him down. I would deal with the RDMer by simply bring both people to a sit and getting both stories and determining what should be done and if the player did RDM they would receive a warn for RDM. Mass RDM would result in a two week ban. RDA or Random Arrest is when a player, who is playing and PD job, walks up to another and arrests them without a valid reason. An example would be "Bob" walking up to "Dak" and arresting him without "Dak" doing anything to cause the arrest. To deal with it I would bring them to a sit and if it was RDA the person would receive a warn for RDA. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR or New Life Rule is when a player dies they must forget everything from their past life and avoid an area for 120 seconds and if it’s death via a raid you cannot return until the raid is complete. Examples of NLR being violated is someone killing someone for killing them and someone returning to a raid c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame or Metagaming is when someone uses information they got from outside RP for RP. Examples of Metagaming are someone using a code told to them in ooc chat to raid a base and knowing a hit-man has a hit because it says it above his head Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? If I saw a higher up abusing their power I would record the higher up doing so then I would bring the evidence to someone who is higher than said higher up d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would stop the sit, bring and jail the offender, tell them why they're being banned then ban them for two weeks or how ever long I can ban them: if its less then two week I would go to the portal and make a ban request d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would give them a verbal warning and if the building continued I would warn them for Prop Minge and I would keep warning them til they stopped or they were kicked. If they join back and continue I'd issue a ban for Prop Minge.
