I have not had any prior staffing experience, But I am very familiar with the rules. I try to tell people on the server who are disobeying the rules that there not allowed to do that.
Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?
I want to volunteer for XenoRp because I have been with the server for about a year and I loved it ever since I joined, I usually jump from server to server but somehow this server just clicked. I love helping others and making sure people have fun on a server.
b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?
I love helping others and making sure that others will enjoy there time on the server, so if someone is interrupting that I'll be sure to fix the problem. I know the rules so I would answer a lot of questions and situations fluently. I'm always on, so people would always have someone to help them out.
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:
c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.
RDM is Random Death Match When someone kills another player for no reason.
RDA is Random Arrest When an officer or cop arrests a player for no reason.
I would talk to them about why they did it, then give them a warning if it was their first time doing it. If they Do Mass RDM or RDA it would be a 2-week ban.
c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. New Life Rule means that
wherever you died you can not go back to that area, When someone gets raided and the players who own the base will go back to his or her base and they wouldn't of waited the 2 minutes like they were supposed to.
c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.
Metagaming means that your role-playing character must not use any info outside of their role play knowledge. Sometimes players will press "y" to see if someone is in the area like if you were raiding a base and seeing if someone was in the base.
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?
Record their actions and sent it to a higher person, like the Owner or Manager
d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?
Jail the Mass Rdming individual, and continue with my sit and then get to the Rdmer
d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.
Ask them to delete their props and move them to the sidewalk and become hobos, if they don't listen I would warn them.
