No Server staffing but i am staff in two discord servers and in both i have been promoted to admin. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? Because i love the community an the players that play on it. Since i got my pc fixed i've been on the server daily. If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I am very rarely mad takes a lot to get me mad. I have good patience and don't get annoyed easily. Also i know the rules well an have been on the server for a long time. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is Random Death Match, Which would take place when you are just walking around and you just randonly shoot someone for absolutely no reason at all, Punishment would be a warn to the player who committed the act. RDA Is Random Arrest Which would take place when a cop is walking through the streets and he randomly tazes an arrests someone for no reason at all Punishment would be a warn to the player who committed the act. Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR Is New Life Rule, Which would take place when you're killed in a raid or just on the streets Like if you're killed by a hitman. You may not come back for two minutes. Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. MetaGame, is information that is being passed by outside of game sources to give said player an advantage Against the other player. Example During a Raid/pd raid you die and then you give callouts to people in a call outside of the game. Also telling people in a call outside of the game that their is a hitman with a hit outside. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Report the higher up on forums and if you can get video evidence. Of them committing the act of abuse and put that in your report on forums. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? You Would jail the mass rdmer and ban the rdmer. If you cant ban him get a higher up to ban him then continue your sit. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Ask them to stop building in the streets and to delete they're building if they continue then issue them a warn for building in the streets.
